合肥规定泄露艾滋病人信息将负法律责任

合肥晚报讯 医护人员、检验人员，对HIV可疑阳性者的信息必须保密，凡泄露个人信息者将承担相应的法律责任。记者昨天从合肥市卫生局了解到，我市规定如果医院里发现患者艾滋病(HIV)抗体筛查呈阳性，则必须100%把可疑样品送确认实验室做确认实验，不得截留。
据介绍，为了保证医疗行为的安全，降低艾滋病的感染率，合肥市规定各医疗机构发现HIV抗体初筛阳性的可疑样品，必须100%送合肥市疾病预防控制中心确认实验室做确认实验，不得截留。HIV抗体检测的标本必须是血清或血浆，由专人运送，对运送的标本应进行三层包装，样品应在冷藏条件下运送。住院病人的血标本必须送双份血样，其中一份为医疗机构初筛检测阳性的标本、一份为送样时新采集未经检测的标本。与此同时，辖区疾病预防控制中心要对可疑阳性病例进行流行病学调查，减少艾滋病的传染可能。
