呼市对自残和艾滋病吸毒人员集中收戒

记者昨日在采访时获悉，为了切实解决收戒吸毒人员难的问题，进一步提高收戒率，呼市公安局决定从即日起至5月31日，在全市范围内组织开展一次集中收戒自残和患艾滋病吸毒人员的“春风行动”。
此次行动的重点，集中收戒自残吸毒人员和患艾滋病吸毒人员，按照“应收尽收”的原则，最大限度地收戒、收治一批患艾滋病吸毒人员；同时加大对自残吸毒人员的审查，在前段摸排的基础上，按照指定的医院先行检查，对医院确诊不需要手术的吸毒人员，要由医院出具诊断证明，直接送戒毒所；对需要手术的留院进行治疗，将其体内的异物取出后，送戒毒所，费用由呼市公安局统一结算。同时，严厉打击利用自残和患艾滋病为掩护进行毒品犯罪行为，力争侦破一批案件，打击一批毒品犯罪人员。（文／夏合琴 饶树新）
