在推动免费抗机会性感染治疗倡议前要跟社会人士沟通的四个问题

请在第一线与病友打交道的同志注意！
1、免费治疗，不是老百姓占政府的便宜。现在的艾滋病抗病毒治疗是免费的，你会因为这个原因，而愿意染上病毒吗？同样的，免费的抗机会性感染治疗虽然免费，但永远比不上身体健康。没有一个人会故意生病，去增加政府的支出。所以，在你工作的时候，不要以一种要病友接受政府恩惠的姿态。艾滋病的防治，政府是占主动性的！你们可以不给所有的病人提供免费治疗。我希望在免费的抗机会性感染治疗的问题面前，也能同样看待。
2、有一些政府工作人员，会说一些混帐话：政府已经给你免费治疗了，对你们够好了。因血液感染艾滋病是政府应该承担的责任。不是一种恩赐！没有人需要这种恩赐。免费治疗，是病人的生存需求，解决的是他的生存问题。请在别人的生死关头，收起你的冷漠，多一些关爱。生命是最珍贵的！
3、另也希望一些老百姓改掉免费为政府看家护院的习惯。一个国家，必须投入资金用于社会医疗福利，一个国家的百姓，就应该享受这些福利，这不是给政府添麻烦！要不然百姓为什么要纳税。难道这些钱全给当官的花，你就心安理得，花在老百姓身上，你认为不应该，你有病吧！
4、政府的钱，不花在艾滋病人身上，也不见得花在你身上。那些钱，不是你们家的。就别犯脑残。给艾滋病人更多的优惠政策，解决他们的生存问题，社会会更和谐，而你的处境就会更安全，你的孩子所生存的环境，就更美好。
