香港调查显示：男同性恋者染艾滋呈年轻化趋势

人民网5月27日电 据香港文汇报报道，男同性恋者感染艾滋病有年轻化趋势。香港卫生署卫生防护中心今年首季接获103宗感染艾滋病病毒（人类免疫力缺乏病毒HIV）个案，并新增13宗艾滋病确诊个案，与去年第4季分别录得102宗和14宗相若。但首季透过男男性接触感染病毒的个案占总数39.8%，情况令人关注；而且过往感染病毒的男性多以30岁至39岁为主，首季却发现20岁至29岁为主流年龄组别，显示年轻化问题加剧。
今年首季香港卫生署卫生防护中心共接获103宗感染艾滋病病毒个案，较上季的102宗微升1宗；而艾滋病新增个案则有13宗，与上季的14宗相若。感染艾滋病病毒的个案中，包括77名男性，26名女性，性接触仍是最主要的传播途径，有22人透过异性性接触传播病毒，41人透过男男性接触，另外3人透过注射毒品，2人透过输血，另外有35人因资料不足而未能确定传播途径。
香港卫生署卫生防护中心顾问医生（特别预防计划）黄加庆指出，历年来的累积感染个案之中，男男性接触占30.9%，但首季却升至39.8%，显示男男感染个案有趋升之势，与世界各地的情况相若，并预料会持续上升。另外，香港男性感染个案亦有年轻化的迹象，过去30岁至39岁是最主要的感染组别，但首季20岁至29岁组别却跃升为主要组别。而透过男男性接触感染的个案中，44%人年龄介乎20岁至29岁，较过往的26%为高。
黄加庆指出，20岁至29岁男性感染个案增加的原因，可能是他们性行为经验较少，自我保护知识和技巧不足，但以往亦有个别季度出现年轻感染组别增多的情况，故须要收集更多统计数据，才能评估年轻化的情况。他又指出，政府过去数年投入更多资源预防艾滋病，而部分非政府机构更有针对年轻男同性恋者，预防性病的服务，冀减低病毒传播的机会。

Hong Kong Centre for Health Protection Consultant (Special Preventive Programme) Dr Wong pointed out that over the years, the cumulative infection cases among MSM account for 30.9%, but in the first quarter but rose 39.8%, indicating the male of male infections are rising potential, similar to those around the world, and is expected to continue to rise. He also noted that the Government put more resources over the past few years, AIDS prevention, and even some non-governmental organizations for young gay men, sexually transmitted diseases, prevention services, Ji reduce the chance of transmission of the virus.
