5月6日下午，中国工程院院士钟南山在广州医学院第一附属医院（以下简称广医一院）会议室召开新闻发布会，公布他的科研团队对60例“疑似艾滋病人”最新的研究成果。他说，“阴性艾滋病”的说法没有根据，半数病人存在心理障碍，其中80%的人查出一种或多种病原体感染，不过是已知疾病，可以进行对症治疗。
钟南山呼吁公众不要歧视这些人，并建议避免高危性行为，多使用公筷，因为此次在这些人身体中检出的多种病毒，都可通过性接触和唾液传染。
48人有婚外性行为
钟南山介绍，早在今年年初，他便接到很多病人的求助电话和短信，声称自己疑似感染“阴性艾滋病”，引起了广州医学院第一附属医院的高度重视。在卫生行政主管部门的支持下，成立了由广医一院感染科、呼吸疾病国家重点实验室病毒室组成的专题研究小组。
研究小组于今年3月31日至5月3日期间共对60名自愿检测人员进行了系统的临床观察及病原体检测，并减免了部分贫困人员的检测费用。在这60人中，有50人为自述疑似艾滋病毒感染人员，另有10人为自称被传染的家属。这50名“病人”平均34。2岁，来自16个省市，其中男性42人，女性有8人，50人中的48人称曾有过婚外性行为。
他们自述共同的症状有发热、皮疹、皮肤虫咬感、皮肤脱屑、头晕、头痛、舌头长绒毛、关节肿大、关节响等，病史从3个月到10年不等，均有急性发作期，自称有接触传染，在家庭和同事间传播。

什么是“接吻病”？

“不过‘接吻病’还只能算是一种有点噱头的说法，这个世界上并没有一种确切的病叫‘接吻病’。”高下主任表示，所有能通过口腔唾液来传播的疾病都可以叫“接吻病”。可以通过口腔、唾液来传播的病毒有很多，EB病毒只是其中的一种，乙肝病毒、幽门螺旋杆菌等也可以通过唾液来传播。
接吻病是什么症状？
确实跟艾滋病、恐艾症很像
“接吻病”的症状主要有喉咙疼痛、发烧、颈淋巴腺肿大、身体倦怠等，发病程度比感冒重些。发烧、喉咙痛、食欲丧失、疲倦、淋巴腺肿大，通常位于颈部、腋下或鼠蹊部、脾脏肿大、肝脏肿大、黄疸，黄皮肤头痛、普遍性全身疼痛等等。这些症状跟艾滋病感染初期的急性期症状确实很像。也和由心理因素引起的“恐艾症”的症状很像。
其实这些症状都指向一条：免疫力低下。接吻病的感染率很高，据介绍，90％以上的人都曾经感染过该病，不过真正发病的人却较少，原因是这个病具有自愈性。
EB病毒究竟是什么？
与粘膜病密切相关
至于陌生的EB病毒，高下主任表示，EB病毒是一种疱疹病毒，“极其”常见。从目前医学的了解来看，EB病毒和与粘膜相关的病变有联系。比如鼻咽癌就是和ED病毒密切相关的恶性肿瘤。不过目前还无法证明ED病毒就是鼻咽癌的唯一病因。除了鼻咽癌外，一些妇科的粘膜病变，如宫颈炎，也与EB病毒密切相关。不过携带EB病毒并不意味着一定会感染。
EB病毒到底有多常见？
我国3-5岁孩子9成阳性
南京市儿童医院专家告诉记者，EB病毒在人群中广泛存在，根据血清学调查，我国3～5岁儿童EB病毒vca-lgg抗体阳性率达90%以上。但是大部分儿童感染后无明显症状，可能表现为轻症咽炎和上呼吸道感染，一般会作为感冒处理，但是这种病属于自限性疾病，如果没有并发症发生，一般1-2周就会痊愈。不过医院也曾经接诊过“全身型EB病毒感染”的病例，一名12岁的男孩高烧12天，曾被当做感冒治疗。经过CT检查，发现孩子的全身有多个脏器受到损伤。这是一个特例，分析可能与孩子自身免疫系统缺陷有关。
为什么孩子感染多？

顾名思义“接吻病”通过接吻来传染，年轻人应该是最容易感染的人群，而欧美人较亚洲人更加开放，所以“接吻病”的发病率更高。其实就以ED病毒引发的“接吻病”来看，儿童也是EB病毒的易感人群。为什么？因为不少大人喜欢对宝宝又亲又抱。
如何预防“接吻病”？

33人查出带EB病毒
在一个多月时间里，这些人员接受了全面的身体检查。专题研究小组重点对这些人员的白细胞、血浆、前列腺液、白带、唾液、尿道旁腺、尿道拭子等7种类型共258份样品进行了核酸荧光PCR检测，这些检测针对沙眼衣原体（CT）、解脲脲原体（UU）、淋球菌（NG）、单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）、巨细胞病毒（CMV）、EB病毒等6种可能形成慢性感染或潜伏感染的病原体。
经过检测，获得以下初步结果：
第一，在已检测的60人中，艾滋病抗体初筛试验及白细胞HIV核酸荧光PCR检测均为阴性。
第二，在已检测的60人中，总检出病原体阳性患者数为48人，占80%。在这48名阳性病原感染者中，EB病毒检出阳性共33人，沙眼衣原体（CT）检出阳性共12人，解脲脲原体（UU）检出阳性共9人，淋球菌（NG）检出阳性共7人，巨细胞病毒（CMV）检出阳性共8人，单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）检出阳性1人。其中有16人检出1种以上的病原体。
这些受检人员为何多人感染多种病原体？在昨日下午举行的“自述疑似艾滋病毒感染人群诊疗学术研讨会”上，专家们有不同观点，有人认为他们是在性接触或其他密切接触中同时感染多种病原体，也有观点认为他们感染一种病原体后免疫力下降，于是成为其他病原体的易感人群。
受检者心理压力大
钟南山说，从这些数据可以看出，他们得的肯定不是艾滋病，“阴性艾滋病”的说法也没有根据，他也不赞成这样的提法。不过这些受检者确实有疾病，并已经对他们形成困扰。只是这些病并不是未知病毒感染，而是由已知病原体引起。根据检测结果，广医一院感染科对部分人员进行了有针对性的治疗，症状得到缓解，公众无需恐慌。
有意思的是，这次还有12人接受了心理检测，异常为7例，其中疑病症5例、焦虑状态1例、轻度抑郁1例。钟南山说，这个群体心理压力非常大，部分人非常恐惧。在第一次见面时，部分人怎么都不敢与他握手。其中有个小伙子一见到钟南山就痛哭流涕，称对自己的家人充满负罪感，认为自己的不洁性行为连累了自己的家人。
钟南山说，这些病人本身心理都非常痛苦，医护人员应耐心解释，消除恐慌心理，公众也不要歧视。至于这些人是否属于“恐艾症”，钟南山回应说，国外确实有这样的提法，不过这些病人的症状并非完全由心理因素引起，而是有具体的病原体。这些病原体可以经过性接触或密切接触感染，可以慢性化或在白细胞中潜伏存在，并影响人体相关免疫功能，形成就检人员部分主诉症状、比如反应性关节炎或慢性疲劳综合征等。
钟南山表示，由于病例多是青壮年，且发病前大多有高危性行为，部分人员描述的症状多与病原体感染、又未得到及时、规范的治疗有关，这也提示我们应尽量避免高危性行为，做好保护措施，出现问题及时到正规医疗机构、专科机构就诊。性传播疾病是可防可治的，没必要背上过重的心理负担。
接吻可传染EB病毒
据介绍，这次检出的阳性病原体就诊者中有超2/3为EB病毒感染，并有多名家庭成员同时阳性，这与EB病毒为常发的高感染特性有关。EB病毒对于广东读者并不陌生，它被认为与鼻咽癌的发病有密切关系，其实这种病毒还会引起传染性单核细胞增多症，这种病俗称“接吻病”，就是指EB病毒可以通过亲密接触，如接吻、分享食物或咳嗽传染，然后引起一些与普通感冒相似的症状。多数EB病毒的感染为急性，但个别情况可转为慢性，临床表现为发热、淋巴结大等症状。
钟南山建议，公众在外就餐以及在家庭用餐时也要使用公筷，避免交叉传染。

没有发现未知病毒
问：为何集中检测这6种与性病有关的病原体？
答：主要是从病人的症状描述，推测他们应该是慢性、性传病原体感染，特别是他们的症状与“反应性关节炎”相似，这种病往往与病原体感染有关。
问：以往国家的多次检测中为何没有检查出这些病？

答：据我们所知，美国找了很多“引物”都没有调出未知病毒。我们这次从这些受检者身体中检出的EB病毒，与国内的病毒株高度同源，也并不是新的病毒。
问：我们国家有没有能力检测未知病毒？
答：我们国家是有能力检测的，如果这些受检者是局部集中暴发，比如SARS就有检测的价值，这些受检者属于散发，没有检测的必要。
专家说法
是否还会传染有待继续研究
对于这样的检测结果，受检者是否能够接受？参与发布会的广医一院感染病肝病研究室主任医师曾文铤说，他把自己的QQ留给了受检者，大多数人对检测出的病原体表示认同，不过有少数人还是担心自己确实感染了某种未知病毒，导致免疫力下降，进而又染上这些病毒，少数人认为还是没有解决他们的问题。
在发布会现场，有多名受检者也来到了现场。在媒体提问环节，一名身穿蓝色条纹上衣的男子情绪激动，称要代表病人向钟南山院士提问，“我们究竟有没有传染性”。呼吸疾病国家重点实验室研究员周荣回答说，这些受检者确实是通过不洁性行为感染病毒，不过当他们现在已转为慢性以后，是否还有传染性有待研究。
另一位受检者接受媒体采访时当被问到，对于钟南山院士的研究结果是否满意。这位受检者说，“我们不能说满意不满意，对钟南山院士只有感激之情。在我们四处求助无门的情况下，他主动提出为我们检测。不过如果卫生部不承认我们确实患病了，我们仍可能继续上访下去。”
