横县政府与广西移动通信公司合力加强艾滋病宣传教育干预活动

人民网横县6月30日电 6月28日，横县人民政府与广西移动通信公司共同签署了“横县政府.中国移动“关注艾滋，关爱生命，红丝带在行动”项目，拉开了横县防艾控艾工作的大幕。6月29日，家住在横县的居民们就立即收到了来自移动公司的防艾宣传短信。
为贯彻落实自治区防治艾滋病攻坚工程总体目标要求和工作部署，作为全区艾滋病防治重点地区，横县人民政府高度重视，通过广西移动通信公司搭建的慈善公益平台，每年支持移动公司宣传防艾资金22.4万元，在全县有重点、有针对性地开展艾滋病的宣传教育、为艾滋病感染者和病人实施关爱等活动。
此项目实施时间为四年，主要内容有：一是开展重点村屯艾滋病文艺巡回演出宣传活动；二是在全县1782个自然村（屯）人群集中的经销店或集市贸易点设置简易的艾滋病预防常识宣传专栏；三是以邮寄方式，对全县个体经经营户、农村和镇居民下发一封预防艾滋病公开信；四是利用MAS操作系统和10086短信平台，对全县移动通信用户发送艾滋病预防常识、免费检测和治疗信息。
政府通过加大对艾滋病脆弱人群的宣传教育和干预力度，加强对艾滋病感染人群的管理和关爱支持，达到遏制横县艾滋病经性传播上升势头,实现艾滋病攻坚工程总体目标，对于进一步推进横县艾滋病预防控制事业的发展，促进经济社会发展和人民群众预防艾滋病的威胁具有重要的现实意义。（黄家兴 彭永积）
