平乐县积极防治艾滋病 构建和谐社会

为更好地遏制艾滋病的流行和蔓延，构建和谐社会，平乐县工商局结合自身职责，采取五项措施，开展艾滋病防治工作。
加强市场监管。 对法定前置审批严格审查，坚决予以取缔无证无照经营。加强流通领域涉及艾滋病防治的药品、医疗器械、医疗用品、医疗服务及其广告的监督检查；加强对文化娱乐场所、旅宿服务场所和桑拿按摩、洗脚室、美容美发厅、酒吧、茶艺馆等公共服务场所的监督管理。
支持和鼓励防治艾滋病公益广告 在公众场所推广“安全套防治艾滋病”的公益广告宣传。
督促配置安全设施 结合日常市场巡查，督促业主按要求摆放安全套和防艾宣传资料。
深入开展"扫黄打非"专项行动 积极配合公安部门加大对卖淫嫖娼、贩毒、吸毒和注射毒品等违法犯罪行为的打击力度。
发挥服务窗口点多面广的优势 发放防艾宣传资料，并与办理娱乐场所注册登记与年检（验照）的个体工商户、私营企业业主签定《防治艾滋病工作业主责任书》。 （夏东燕）
