党恩情系“红丝带” 记安徽省艾滋病专管中队

中广网合肥8月11日消息（记者张秋实 通讯员孙亮）这里是一片没有硝烟的特殊战场，死神的低吟不时在回响；这里有一群“特殊园丁”在奔忙，他们在拯救疾患和灵魂的道路上大爱无疆。透过苍翠的竹林，我们依稀看见鲜艳的党旗下一条条“红丝带”在迎风飘扬。
在安徽省南湖强制隔离戒毒所的一处山峦怀抱中，青山葱郁，茶园叠翠，几幢白色的两层楼房，写下一片生机盎然的新绿。房间里干净整洁，窗明几净；床铺被子整齐划一，书报、生活用具一应俱全，摆放有序。一群人正在民警的带领下做康复锻炼、打牌娱乐、种菜养花，闲庭信步，悠然自得，……若不是醒目的标牌，你很难相信这片“度假胜地”就是安徽省劳教（戒毒）系统唯一的艾滋病专管中队。
日历翻回到2009年，当安徽省劳教（戒毒）管理局决定在南湖成立艾滋病专管中队时，全所上下产生了巨大的震动。在一般人的眼中，艾滋病意味着死亡，是个令人避之不及的魔鬼，由于具有传染性，且当前医学尚无法治愈，偶发性的医源性感染机率极大，谁也不能保证HIV病毒不会在某次意外事件中降临到自己的身上！零距离与吸毒的艾滋病人打交道，意味着什么，大家心里都很清楚，有的年轻民警甚至担心会因为从事此项工作今后找不到对象。4月28日，当8位民警踏入专管中队大门的时候，虽然大家心里都没有底，但他们的眼神是那样坚毅，步伐是那样铿锵，因为他们身后是坚强的党支部。
到专管中队工作，首先要战胜自我，克服因缺乏管理艾滋病感染者经验的恐惧心理，更大的压力是要赢得亲人的支持，获得社会的认可，而这些常常让他们倍感无奈，彻夜难眠。一次，指导员唐爱民下班欲乘公交车回家，那是当天的最后一班车，在有人认出唐爱民后，车主就怎么也不愿意让他上车，反复求情上车后，其他乘客都迅速与他保持一定的距离。到达宣城后，车主不知从哪弄来一瓶酒精，当着唐爱民的面把他接触过的扶手、座椅擦了一遍又一遍。那一刻，这个硬汉心碎了，他抑制不住自己的眼泪，无声地走在熙熙攘攘的街上，……身为共产党员，他默默选择了承受，这些窘境，专管中队的民警只能靠自己扛！回家不能说，怕亲人担心；回队不敢言，怕动摇军心。“回首那段日子真是不堪回首，令人刻骨铭心！”唐爱民深有感触地说。
在经历短暂的彷徨后，专管中队的民警们带着组织的重托与信任，怀着对事业的无限忠诚，一心扑在工作上。两年来，他们不仅让一批批学员戒掉了毒瘾，充满阳光自信地回归社会，还摸索出了一套管理经验，制定了防职业暴露、相关管理规定等规章制度，撰写了一批有学术价值的论文，为教育矫治此类学员积累了丰富的实践经验。
感染HIV病毒的吸毒人员是特殊群体中的特殊人员，他们由于吸毒导致人格变异，意志脆弱，行为懒散。感染HIV病毒后又受人歧视，悲观绝望。他们多有暴力倾向，常有攻击他人的冲动，动辄谩骂、威胁民警。特别是那些刚入队的学员，对立情绪非常严重，对民警充满敌意，管理他们的难度可想而知。学员果某入队时就是刺头，扬言谁敢为难他，他就搞死谁。为了给学员增加营养，中队决定每人每天早晨吃一个鸡蛋。一次分发鸡蛋时，果某竟一人抢了三个。副中队长舒栋正准备上前询问，果某却指着他破口辱骂，舒栋气得脸色煞白却没有说话，身为共产党员的他知道此时稍不冷静，就可能发生无法预料的事情。舒栋在极短的瞬间强令自己冷静下来，和颜悦色地说：“你想多增加点营养养好身体是好事，可是不能不顾他人。你把多拿的两个鸡蛋还给其他学员，我马上再去帮你煮两个”。果某愣住了，他没有想到民警会用这种方式来应对他的挑衅，在众多学员谴责的眼神中把鸡蛋还给了其他两名学员。早餐后，舒栋赶忙亲自煮了两只鸡蛋送给果某。看到舒副队长手里捧着的两只热乎乎的鸡蛋,平时情绪抵触、气焰嚣张的果某被感动了，他低头双手接过鸡蛋。见此情景，舒栋一把握住果某的双手：“吃吧，养好身体，争取早日回家！”桀骜不逊的果某终于惭愧地说：“对不起，舒队长。”

一个党员一面旗，党旗飘扬泰山移。在共产党员的先锋示范下，民警们悉心关怀学员，逐渐开启了他们尘封的心门，绝望的心灵得以复苏，他们正在浓浓爱心的关怀下，信心满怀地迎接未来。
