“内外交困”能否倒逼慈善透明

实际上，国人和国际善众的慈善理念是相通的，那就是公正透明。我们都希望自己托付的慈善机构，能够将爱心不折不扣地、及时地传递到那些真正需要帮助的人身上。爱心传递的路径理应是简单快捷的，但是国内慈善的传递路径却比人想象的要曲折复杂。中国为何把简单的慈善复杂化，说到底还是利益纠葛的结果。中国的慈善环境之所以会陷入如此尴尬的境地，遭遇空前的信任危机，正是萦绕的利益阴霾和潜藏的利益暗礁所造成的。或许可以这样比喻，国内某些慈善机构更像是绕路而行，并在半路上窃取包裹里货物的邮差。
慈善无信则寸步难行。慈善文化归根究底就是信任，这也是放之四海而皆准的法则。而信任的建立最简单的方式便是公开透明，这样才能最大程度避免利益投机者的钻营。国内的信任危机加之国际的信任危机，中国慈善该是到了反思如何以公开透明重建信任的时候。慈善形式可以多种多样，慈善文化可以因国情而多元，但是慈善的宗旨容不得篡改和动摇，公开透明是全球慈善事业向前发展的最重要支撑。
在全球化的今天，我们不妨在发展慈善事业的过程中信奉国际标准，也和国际接轨，公开透明做慈善。只有这样，中国慈善事业所面临的“内外交困”才能够得到解决，倒塌的慈善信任大厦才能够重新建立。更何况，公开透明不仅仅是国际所遵循的标准，更是国内民众所期望的标准。
只是，这样的“内外交困”，能否触动中国慈善的神经，能否倒逼慈善的公开透明？这个问题，理应由慈善管理机构来回答，国内芸芸善众期待着，国际爱心也期待着，那些等待着救助的困难群体更是期待着。
