为加强对艾滋病病毒检测阳性孕产妇的管理，进一步维护妇幼群体的身心健康与合法权益，市卫生局全面启动孕产妇艾滋病阳性监测系统。

　　一、指定病毒检测阳性的艾滋病孕产妇定点治疗单位，实行就地管理，就地治疗原则，负责本地艾滋病孕产妇的确诊、治疗工作。

　　二、加强对预防艾滋病母婴传播综合防治工作的技术指导、工作督导与人员培训。结合常规孕产期保健、儿童保健工作，加强艾滋病初筛实验室建设，确保通过省验收，为所有孕产妇提供艾滋病的检测与咨询。为艾滋病感染孕产妇及其所生儿童提供规范的母婴传播阻断干预措施，包括病毒药物应用、安全助产、喂养指导、儿童定期随访与检测、婴儿早期诊断的血标本采集及运转等服务和干预措施。

　　三、要求各医疗单位加大对辖区内孕产妇艾滋病防治知识防控宣传力度，并对疑似艾滋病患者引导到医疗保健单位进行检测;一旦发现有艾滋病病毒检测阳性的孕产妇，要在第一时间向上级部门报告和进行疫情网络直报。
