The Research Column of Haiyuan Law Office has been changed into Thinking Man thanks to   the kind invitation from CCG. However, can't  diving into  to research and committed to broad in tranquility  and eventuate in less writing,  I’m really guilty of being a member and feel sorry for this.                             

 I  burst into think that    although busying for the tiny link of cases, feeling the different expression way   of men behaviors , who is  personage of thegovernment politicians and  boss of private enterprises.

Moreover, I am accustomed to be frank even blunt  but able to attract out real expression of the personality and the behavior ability through the conversation. Whatever, I can always experience the charm of microscopic details .

The so-called Thinking Man，who to do understand the big reason,  to do know the heaven and the earth , to do discuss  macro ，to do debate  right and wrong and the man who can commit to research should be involved. However, throughout all levels of society in China, the persons who can solve the problems are always needed. Matters of the country, enterprise and  family, all must be to solve appropriately.

So the person who may well deal with all big or small things is Thinking Man in the society.

 Great things are made up of different kinds of small things, therefore, the macro principle shall be made from the summary and refining of the micro. Without the sense of micro and carelessness of detail, it is unable to the top  of the macro logic. As a result, there really is the truth of dialectical relationship between the macro and the micro.
