2015年3月31日，北京初春第一场雨, 俗话说“春雨贵如油"。今天，在联合国成立70周年之际，康翠翠拜访了联合国粮食及农业组织驻中国，朝鲜，蒙古代表伯希米西卡先生。送上春雨的祝福，对于粮食与农业来说是最好的。唐太宗李世民《咏雨》“和气吹绿野，梅雨洒芳田。新流添旧涧，宿雾足朝烟。雁湿行无次，花沾色更鲜。对此欣登岁，披襟弄五弦。”今天的拜访可谓是天时地利人和，伴着春天的新绿和发展机遇。
