甘肃省艾滋病抗病毒治疗耐药暨信息管理培训班在兰州召开

为了推动全省抗病毒治疗耐药工作开展，提高艾滋病抗病毒治疗信息管理，以便进一步规范抗病毒治疗，提高治疗效果，2010年12月23-24日甘肃省疾病预防控制中心在兰州举办了“甘肃省艾滋病抗病毒耐药暨信息管理培训班”，来自相关市州和县区从事艾滋病抗病毒治疗和信息管理的相关人员54人参加了此次培训班。
省疾控中心党委书记孟蕾在培训班上充分肯定了近几年来我省在艾滋病抗病毒治疗方面取得的成绩，并指出一部分艾滋病病人经过几年的治疗后将会发生耐药，因此医务人员应该了解开展耐药检测工作的重要性和流程，以便发生治疗失败时及时进行耐药检测，为更换治疗方案提供依据；孟书记同时指出艾滋病综合防治信息系统是卫生行政部门制定正确的方针和政策的依据，做好艾滋病综合防治信息系统的管理，保证各项工作内容及时准确地录入上报并做好数据的统计分析是为上级部门提供科学决策的必要前提，因此开展耐药检测暨信息管理的培训非常必要。
此次培训班主要介绍了全省艾滋病抗病毒治疗工作进展、艾滋病抗病毒治疗耐药工作计划、CD4＋T淋巴细胞和病毒载量的检测、艾滋病抗病毒治疗耐药检测、艾滋病抗病毒治疗信息系统及客户端软件的使用和管理、利用EXCEL及SPSS软件进行数据统计分析等内容。通过此次培训班使开展了艾滋病抗病毒治疗的相关市州和县区的医务人员了解了对艾滋病抗病毒治疗病人开展耐药检测的重要性，明白符合什么样条件的治疗病人需要进行耐药检测，以及出现耐药后如何应对。此外，通过对艾滋病综合防治信息系统相关知识的学习，能熟练掌握各模块统计功能的应用，更好地服务于我们的各项工作。
会后参会学员表示通过此次培训了解了很多相关知识，并将所学知识应用到实际工作，以便今后更好地开展艾滋病抗病毒耐药检测和艾滋病综合防治信息系统管理工作。(性艾科)

This course introduces the work of the province's progress in antiviral treatment of AIDS, HIV resistance to antiretroviral therapy work plan, CD4 + T lymphocytes and viral load testing, antiretroviral drug-resistant HIV testing, antiretroviral treatment of AIDS information system and the use of client software and management, the use of EXCEL and SPSS statistical analysis software and other content. The training courses conducted by the anti-viral treatment of AIDS-related state and county city of the medical staff understand the anti-viral treatment of AIDS patients in the importance of drug testing, what kind of conditions that suit the need for drug treatment of patients detection, and how to respond after the emergence of resistance. In addition, information on AIDS prevention and control system-related knowledge, learning to master the application of statistical functions of each module to better serve our work.
Participants after the training the trainees learn a lot through this knowledge and the knowledge to practical work in order to better carry out future anti-viral resistance testing and HIV AIDS prevention and control information systems management. (Of Echo)
