防范艾滋病，做好自我保护

“艾滋病真的来了！”，看到这句话真的感觉像是说“狼来了”一样，艾滋病真的在中国扎根了，看到这句话更感觉可怕了。10几年前，有人说：“中国正处在艾滋病的前夜”。而今天国家卫生部疫情报告显示：去年全国报告艾滋病发病15982例，死亡7743例，在法定报告传染病中名列第一，从2008年开始，艾滋病死亡病例已连续3年居于传染病死亡榜首。中国内地每年艾滋病死亡人数正大幅度增加，已成传染病死亡“第一凶手”。虽然在我们生活的身边这样的病例还不是太多，但还是让我们谈艾色变。
艾滋病的常见传染途径是：一，血液接触；二，性接触；三，母婴垂直传播。通过了解这三种传播方式，性接触传染应该是最常见的，我感觉只要大家都洁身自身，自律自身，这种病并不是多可怕。就怕那些性生活无节制，滥情滥交的人，对自己不负责，拿生活当儿戏，糜烂的性生活只会葬送了自己的健康和生命。所以良好的生活态度，正确的人生观是我们每个人必备的生活品质。也听过身边关于艾滋病患者的境况，亲人伤心，朋友远离，患者生活在痛苦的边缘，生活乱成一团糟，所有的一切都不再美好，最后害人害己，后果凄惨，为了避免造成这种境况，我们每个人都应该自律，做好防范。
其次应该正视这种疾病，有亲人朋友得了这种病不要疏远他冷落他，应该帮助他开导她，督促他及时治疗，及早康复，早些摆脱艾滋病的纠缠和痛苦。在我们身边艾滋病患者虽然不多，但也不能掉以轻心，多了解艾滋病的有关知识，不要让无知危害了健康，多年前，河南驻马店的农民因为太穷，非法出售血液致使整个村庄的大多数的壮年感染了艾滋病，严重的时候一个村一天最多死了7个人，村头的坟头一天天的增加，事隔多年看完这个数字，心中仍然会升腾起一种恐惧，艾滋病对人类的折磨是我们无法用言语来描述的。所以一定要做好自我保护，别让无知害了人。
