　　这是一对令人同情又生恨的夫妻，他们因堕落感染了艾滋病，后来互生爱怜而结成夫妻。但他们没有过正常的生活，而是在吸毒的道路上越走越远，最后还走上了贩毒之路。他们最终没能逃脱警方的眼睛，在街头公然交易被抓获。昨天，这对夫妻杨某与李某因身体原因被取保候审。

　　两人因吸毒

　　杨某与李某是贵州人，而且是老乡，从小就相识。杨某在20多岁的时候，有一次听朋友说，吸毒品感觉会像神仙一样，精神无比愉悦。于是，杨某就尝试了一下，刚开始觉得很难受，但回味之后，确实有一种说不出的舒服感，这种感觉让他不忍放弃，他就这样一步步陷了进去。

　　有时候吸食觉得不过瘾，杨某就在朋友的推荐下用针头注射，这对他来说又是一种全新的感受。杨某说，吸毒场所很混乱，由于精神兴奋，往往是你注射之后的针头我接着用。他哪里知道这种做法的危害，直到2002年警方抓获他后进行血液检测时，他才知道自己已经感染了艾滋病。

　　李某是在离婚以后情绪低落时迷上吸毒的，她也有从吸食到用针头注射的过程。2008年，她被当地警方抓获，同样在血液检测时查出患上了艾滋病，这个结果让她精神崩溃。

　　李某被放出来之后，不但没有改邪归正，反而更加在吸毒路上放纵自己。这时，她遇到了杨某。两人一起长大，虽说不上青梅竹马，但彼此感觉不错。双方露底后，更有一种同病相怜的感觉。于是，两人结成夫妻。

　　两人的经历在家乡传得沸沸扬扬，夫妻俩在家乡自然是住不下去了，于是，两人便来到了平湖。可到平湖以后，他们发现自己什么工作也做不了。有一次，杨某到一家工地去工作，可工地上干的都是体力活，稍微重一点的担子他都挑不起来，只做了两三天就被辞退了。他又想到去企业，但他没技术，最后没有一家企业愿意录取他。

　　杨某与李某也想过去餐饮行业工作，毕竟那里不用做体力活。可餐饮行业对人的身体要求很严，必须要经过体验，拿到健康合格证才能工作。艾滋病人怎么可能会被录用？最后，他们打消了念头。

　　可生活要继续，被迫无奈，两人想到了贩毒。

　　警方通过线索摸到了她们交易的规律，随后制定了抓捕的计划。上个月底，当她们正在进行交易时，守候在一旁的民警把两人抓获，进而抓获了杨某。

　　经过多天的审讯，杨某与李某交代了犯罪事实。鉴于两人的特殊情况，警方准予他们取保候审。目前，此案还在进一步处理之中。
