　　人们对艾滋病感到恐惧的时候，她每天都冒着被感染的风险，在艾滋病临床护理第一线默默奉献。

　　一位善良的白衣天使

　　人们对艾滋病患者心存芥蒂的时候，她却把他们看做知心朋友，陪他们烧烤、游泳，共进晚餐。

　　南宁市第四人民医院艾滋病科护士长杜丽群，为艾滋病感染者服务已达7年，参与和指导护理过的艾滋病感染者达3000多人。在这群特殊病人的眼中，她是天使，也是战士。

　　不惧怕不歧视

　　有爱才能包容

　　“艾滋病患者通常具有这样的心理，他们既自卑又怕被人看不起，认为别人不够尊重他们，所以很容易发脾气。”凭借多年的护理经验，杜丽群对艾滋病病人这个特殊的群体，有着更为细致的了解。

　　病人的逆反心理，经常会使护理工作面临极大的风险。

　　2009年的一天，同往常一样，科室的一位医生照例去病房巡视。突然，一位病人情绪激动，拿出水果刀对医生进行恐吓，幸好医生及时躲开。但这却让病人的情绪更加失控，他大声吼叫：“病情一天比一天重，我的病到底还能不能治！”

　　在场所有人都被他这个突然的举动惊呆了。

　　病房里顿时乱作一团，报警的报警，避让的避让，新来的年轻护士更是吓得哇哇直哭。

　　情况万分紧急，杜丽群闻讯马上赶到病房。

　　待稳定好自己的情绪之后，杜丽群才径直走到病人身旁。只见她先是把病人的治疗设备安置好，又慢慢地取下病人手中的水果刀，这样的举动让旁边的同事们捏了一把冷汗。

　　或许是看到熟悉的护士长，病人紧张的情绪开始有些放松。随后，杜丽群又像大姐一样耐心地跟病人讲述起艾滋病的发展过程，并不断地鼓励，还一边帮他处理疼痛难忍的伤口。

　　渐渐地，病人平静了下来，回到了病床上。同事们悬着的心也放了下来。

　　“只要从事护理工作就会有风险，要懂得防护，心里有底就不会惧怕。”杜丽群护理艾滋病病人多年，她常常这样告诉自己的护士。

　　而对于艾滋病人内心的绝望而导致情绪失控，杜丽群显得很能理解：“对艾滋病人不应歧视，其实他们内心并不想故意伤害人，他们只是得了特殊疾病的普通人，人们应该给予他们更多的包容和关爱。”

　　不退却不后悔

　　用心砥砺前行

　　2005年6月，南宁市第四医院艾滋病专科正式成立。科室步入正规化后，最为艰难的是一线的护理工作。

　　医院的艾滋病人是个特殊的群体，他们多是因为病情突发、免疫力下降才来住院，而且大部分住院病人几乎是已完全丧失免疫力，有的甚至已合并成了多种感染症状，这些给护理工作带来很大的风险。

　　科室成立之初，如何防止职业暴露是首要解决的任务。为此，杜丽群率先摸索出100%的静脉留置管的方法，并专门为护士进行各种拔针技巧培训，在减轻病人痛苦的同时，也降低了护士染病的风险。

　　然而，意外还是时有发生。

　　2006年春节期间，科室年轻护士刘玉（化名）给病人抽血拔针时，不慎刺到手臂。事发后，刘玉虽然在第一时间清洗了伤口并服用了抗病毒药物，但心里的阴影却挥之不去。

　　怀疑、恐惧、绝望，折磨着这位才21岁的年轻护士。

　　随后，因服用抗病毒药物而产生全身酸痛感，更是让刘玉受尽折磨，她认为自己受到了感染，甚至产生了轻生的念头。

　　一年到头难得有几天假期的杜丽群，当时正准备回老家过春节。闻讯后，她匆忙赶回医院。

　　服用抗病毒药物肯定会产生副作用，但要判断是否受到感染，只有待症状消除之后才能确定。

　　那段日子，杜丽群惟一能做的，就是陪着刘玉一同观察病情。最难熬的时候，由于心理压力巨大，刘玉时常会放声号啕大哭。

　　“都是才20岁出头的孩子，看到她们受到这种折磨，心里的滋味别提多难受了。”每每提到科室里这群让她感到骄傲的年轻护士，杜丽群觉得自己多少有些内疚。

　　“我也害怕她被感染上。”杜丽群坦言，但观察病情的那段时间，自己又不能在同事们面前表现出脆弱和犹豫，只能强忍着，也时常会一个人躲起来偷偷哭。哭过之后，抹干眼泪，还要再一遍遍地鼓励她们，让她们都往好的方向想。

　　药物副作用消退后，刘玉全身酸痛的感觉也慢慢退去，状态逐渐好转。事实证明，刘玉并没有被感染。现在，刘玉已经当上了妈妈，每当提到这件事情，刘玉对杜丽群充满了感激：“要不是杜护士长，我还真挺不过来。”

　　不抛弃不放弃

　　用情赢得尊重

　　“其实艾滋病并不可怕，可怕的是无情的歧视。”据杜丽群介绍，艾滋病人经常生活在被排斥、歧视的阴影中，他们想方设法遮盖病情的同时，又深处悲观、绝望之中。

　　科室成立不久，曾收治一位皮肤严重过敏的病人。当时病人全身已长满水泡，并有大量渗液，远远就能闻到溃烂的味道，病人疼痛难忍。但每天都是杜丽群亲自为他进行清洗、涂药、注射，从未见过病人的亲戚朋友前来看望。

　　“病人也开始自暴自弃，至今还记得那种绝望的眼神，如果有亲人朋友陪伴，社会多一些理解，相信他们的路会好走很多。”谈起病人的遭遇，杜丽群有些感伤。

　　为让病人感受到更多的关爱，杜丽群带领护士们专门开辟出一间房屋作为病人的活动区“红丝带中心”。在这里，鲜花、拼图和各种温馨提示为病人苍白的生命增添了些许色彩。活动区内还有电视机、DVD机、象棋、书刊等，为他们沉闷的生活带来了久违的欢乐。

　　在杜丽群的带领下，护士们还把办公室、病区、门诊室都装扮了一番，昔日单调冰冷的病房和门诊室，也开始变得温馨起来。

　　闲暇时候，杜丽群还会组织病人和他们的家属开展气排球比赛、烧烤、游泳、唱歌等活动，帮助他们重拾生活的信心和勇气。在杜丽群和同事们的努力下，一批又一批的病人先后出院，并勇敢地开始了新的生活。不少病人身体康复后，主动加入到防艾志愿者队伍中。

　　“我们的工作不仅仅是治病，更多的是帮助他们重拾对生活的信心，希望更多的人了解艾滋病，消除偏见，用平常心去接纳、对待和关怀艾滋病患者。”杜丽群这样向记者讲述着她的初衷。

　　爱人者，人恒爱之！

　　现在，杜丽群时常会收到意外的“惊喜”。许多病人出院后会专门回来看望她，也有病人会为她寄来亲手做的小礼物，还有病人遇到挫折或者不顺心的事，都会先把电话打给她。

　　在这群特殊病人眼中，杜丽群早已是他们最亲的人。
