Joyi will bring an experienced, seasoned real estate project development management team to the Synergy Capital’s China investment platform - contributing execution advice, market access, projects and investment capital to each project. Joyi and its management (managers of several national property development companies) bring years of experience in the real estate development. 

Joyi and Synergy Capital are planning to launch a joint real estate development fund during the 2nd quarter of 2006, and presently are working on several real estate co-investment opportunities in Zhengzhou. We are excited to be working closely with Joyi, as Synergy Capital continues to capitalize on its unique real estate investment opportunities for the benefit of its investors.

2.        盛诺金与居易国际宣布未来2-3年投入四亿元于郑州房地产市场并合作募集新基金     2006年3月17日

居易国际集团控股有限公司与美国盛诺金基金签订合作框架协议，双方决定结成合作投资河南省省会城市郑州市房地产市场的战略合作伙伴关系，拟在未来两到三年内联合出资2-4亿元人民币投资郑州房地产开发项目，包括大型生态住宅大盘和商业地产项目，该协议的签订是盛诺金基金投资二线省会城市策略的延续，与以前的投资方向不同的是，这次协议的签订标志着盛诺金以生态住宅大盘为主投目标的投资策略的正式实施。
