Exercise

Exercise makes people heather and happier; how ever, moderation is key.

First of all, regular exercise can make people heather than just sitting at home or office all the time. There two kinds of exercises, they are aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise, according to breath conditions when exercising. For example, pushups, 100 meter dash, weight lifting are all anaerobic exercises while jogging and cycling are aerobic exercises, the differences are the former don’t breathe while the later breathe regularly and freely when exercising, but either of them could make the body healthier. The former can make the body stronger while the later strengthen the cardio-pulmonary function. By the way, we’d better abstain from smoking since it is opposite to the purpose of exercise. Both of them could make people healthier than usual. Because both aerobic and anaerobic exercise could loose weight, more exactly loose fat, and this could lessen illness to the highest degree. According to statistics on WebMD, regular exercise, especially aerobic exercise, has at least as many as sixteen benefits.

Secondly, exercise can make people happier. People feel self-confident without waver because of fitness and healthiness of their body, and self-confidence is a vital element to make them happy. Also, people do exercise in order to mitigate stress, when the stress is released people feel the relaxation and freedom of life. Most people have worries due to stress, but they will forget every thing when exercising, so to some extent, exercise plays a roll that medicines don’t have. The article--- How to Be Happy: Exercise is the Best Way to Improve Mood from AOL. CA gives us lots of information.

Finally, exercise is so ubiquitous and laudable because of the benefits it brings to us, but since over-exercising does harm to our health, people should follow the principle of moderation. Among them I am one of the victims of over-exercisers, it not only do harm to the knees and the waists to people, but also make them become fatter quickly once they stop doing exercise. Moderation has another meaning that people should change exercises according to ages, for example old people shouldn’t play football as young people do, and jogging or walking is the best way for them.
