省考核组考核我州艾滋病防治工作

本报讯（记者 辛向东） 省政府防治艾滋病工作考核组于
州政府副州长洪云龙出席防治艾滋病工作汇报暨省对州考核反馈会。
省防艾工作考核组通过实地查看和走访大理州防艾委相关部门和单位，并听取工作汇报后认为，在过去的一年，大理州紧紧围绕省、州政府签订的《2008年防治艾滋病工作责任目标》确定的目标、任务及工作要求，认真贯彻实施《云南省新一轮防治艾滋病人民战争实施方案》和《云南省防治艾滋病十项行动计划》，扎实推进各项防治工作的开展，全面完成了省下达的各项防治艾滋病工作任务，取得了较为显著的成效，主要表现在，州委、州政府领导高度重视，加强领导，完善措施，增加投入，全州各部门紧密配合，全社会广泛参与；通过开展形式多样的防艾宣传教育，广大群众防治艾滋病知识的知晓率和自我保护意识得到进一步提高；艾滋病监测检测工作超额完成省下达指标，认真落实各项行为干预措施，加强临床用血安全管理；积极开展艾滋病关怀救治工作，认真落实国家“四免一关怀”政策，预防母婴传播工作取得显著成效。
省防艾工作考核组希望大理州在下一步的防艾工作中，要进一步增强责任感、使命感，围绕新一轮防治艾滋病人民战争实施方案确定的目标、任务，继续加强对防治艾滋病工作的领导，继续加大投入，进行资源整合；抓好政策落实，加强艾滋病防治专业队伍建设，适应新三年繁重的工作任务；严格按项目实施计划及要求，认真实施好国际国内合作项目；进一步完善监督管理体系，推动全州防治艾滋病工作的深入开展。
洪云龙代表州政府作表态发言时表示，将以此次省防艾工作考核组到我州考核工作为契机，进一步明确各级防艾委成员单位的工作职责，细化年度工作任务，层层签订责任状，明确责任，各司其职、各负其责，密切配合，狠抓落实，共同推进防治艾滋病人民战争各项工作。
