本报讯（见习记者龙隆通讯员韦文正）自1998年都安瑶族自治县报告首例感染者以来，我市艾滋病疫情快速增长，短短10年间，疫情蔓延扩散到全市11个县（市、区）108个乡镇，防治工作形势严峻。10月12日，河池市艾滋病综合防治工作现场会在都安召开。会议通报2008年我市防治艾滋病情况，对下一阶段的防治工作进行部署。

副市长、市防艾委主任潘育伟，市政协副主席、市防艾委副主任、市卫生局局长韦凯钟出席会议。

据悉，截至2009年8月31日，全市累计报告感染数为2071例，其中艾滋病病人（AIDS）690例，死亡291人，人群感染率为0.05%，都安、金城江、宜州等地情况较为严重。自1998年报告首例感染者以来，我市每年均有疫情报告，近年来疫情发展较快，2009年以月均新增60例以上速度在全市蔓延。目前，我市艾滋病疫情在局部地区增长迅猛，已进入发病死亡高峰期，形成以城镇为中心向周边乡镇全面蔓延扩散的流行态势。传播途径以性传播为主，疫情有向学校扩散的迹象，艾滋病防治工作面临严峻的考验。

潘育伟、韦凯钟强调，各级各有关部门必须认清严峻形势，不断加大对艾滋病工作的宣传教育和疫情检测力度，稳步推进高危行为的干预措施，逐步形成政府主导、部门配合和全社会参与的防控局面，努力做到减少新发艾滋病病毒感染，降低艾滋病病死率，提高艾滋病病人的生存质量。

It is reported that as of August 31, 2009, the city reported total number of 2071 cases of infection, including AIDS patients (AIDS) 690 cases of death of 291 people, infection rate of 0.05%, both an, Jinchengjiang, Xuanzhou and other places of more serious.
