　　艾滋病的感染渠道是性传播，男男感染风险还在快速上升。昨天，北京市卫生局通报，今年1至5月，北京报告新发现艾滋病感染者501例，报比去年同期增21.9%。

　　北京市疾控中心主任邓瑛分析，经性感染艾滋病的比例逐年上升，目前已成为艾滋病病毒传播的最主要艾滋病的感染渠道。今年1至5月，性传播新增感染者341人，比去年同期增137人。在性传播中，男男性行为的染病风险，正在快速呈现。邓瑛介绍，北京市自2004年起连续五年开展监测，数据显示男男性行为者艾滋病感染率呈逐年上升趋势。今年1至5月共221人，占同期报告感染者的44.11%，高于异性传播、吸毒传播等，已跃居首位。

　　随着我国对于血液及血液制品开始规范化管理，由采血、输血途径感染艾滋病的比例正在逐年降低。

　　同时，针对日益上升的性传播风险，北京市卫生局局长方来英介绍，北京疾控网络正在日益加强对人群高危行为的干预措施，包括公共场所推广安全套、从高危人群中发展防艾志愿者，在宾馆、歌厅等地宣传教育等。
