防艾宣传将覆盖五六十岁以上性不活跃人群

本报北京12月23日电（记者于春）调查显示，在五六十岁以上的性不活跃人群中也需要宣传防艾知识，预防艾滋病性传播。今天上午，国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室副主任、卫生部疾病预防控制局副局长郝阳在清华大学全球健康论坛上透露：“过去经性行为感染艾滋病的多是性行为活跃的青壮年，但近些年的调查结果显示，50岁甚至60岁以上的感染人数在不断增加，且上升速度非常明显。”
郝阳进一步介绍说，今年某省1至10月份共上报了几百例60岁以上的艾滋病感染者，且绝大多数都是性传播而非其它途径，“这给了我们一个很严重的警告，我们关注性传播不能只关注性活跃人群，即20岁至49岁的青壮年，还要关注50岁甚至60岁以上的老年人群。”
据悉，近几年由于防治和宣传到位，我国艾滋病上升趋势有所减缓。评估结果显示，05年新发感染人数7万，07年为5万，09年减少到4.8万。目前，曾经是我国艾滋病感染主因的非法采供血这一途径被基本杜绝，因吸毒感染艾滋病的人群比例也受到控制，性传播已经成为我国艾滋病传播的主要途径。
除了性不活跃人群，劳教、劳改和监管人员也成为防艾宣传的重点对象，郝阳表示，“从某种意义上讲，两劳人员、监管人员也属于艾滋病高危人群。”今年卫生部和司法部联合发文规定，HIV检测要作为对入监入所人员的强制检测。
郝阳给出两个案例：今年10月，青海省卫生厅对公安部门缉拿的17个外地小偷按规定进行了HIV检测，结果全部为阳性；近日，天津卫生部门也对某一批偷窃人员进行了HIV检测，结果发现百分之七八十都是阳性。
上述信息是郝阳在其题为“中国艾滋病最新形势与政府反应”的演讲中透露的，他说，卫生部近几年与清华大学在整个疾病预防控制工作的宣传及政策制定方面都开展了合作。
