研究者对艾滋病中医病因病机调查表的结果分析

医学空间（MEDcyber.com）5月7日消息，中国研究者探索了艾滋病的中医病因病机，为艾滋病的中医辨证治疗提供理论依据。研究者采用问卷调查、讨论总结的形式，对长期工作在防治艾滋病一线的15名中医药专家进行调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果专家认为艾滋病的最常见病因为疫毒、湿毒、湿邪、热邪；临床常见病机为元气亏虚、脾肾阳虚、气阴两虚；病邪侵犯部位出现较多的依次为脾、肾、肺、胃、肝。由此，研究者得出结论，艾滋病系湿热疫毒之邪为患，艾滋病疫毒为直接致病因素，艾滋病毒邪直伤本元之气为其主要病机特点，病变部位以脾肾为主。
