中华红丝带凉山州防治艾滋病项目在北京启动

新华网北京１月２７日电（记者 孔晓涵 李妍）中华红丝带基金凉山彝族自治州防治艾滋病支持项目２７日在北京启动。儿童生活资助、村级卫生室建设、母婴阻断婴儿人工喂养三方面项目将于今年进行试点，中华红丝带基金首批投入约为１０５万元。
中华红丝带基金执行理事长李河君表示，基金于去年６月份正式将四川省凉山彝族自治州列为重点援助区域，并决定自２０１０年起对凉山艾滋病影响严重地区实施援助，分别开展“红丝带栋梁班”、“红丝带卫生室”以及“母婴营养资助”项目。

“红丝带栋梁班”将在昭觉县四开乡设立，将当地受毒品和艾滋病影响的义务教育阶段的孤儿统一安置到“栋梁班”学习生活，首轮资助４１名四年级学生每人每月１５０元生活费和杂费补助，直到小学毕业。
“红丝带卫生室”首批将在美姑县建立两所村级卫生室，每间投资约为１０万元，占地约２００平方米，包括一间诊室，一间输液室和一间医务人员室。
“母婴营养资助”项目首轮将为１００名ＨＩＶ阳性孕产妇所生婴儿提供为期１２个月的营养资助，每家４８桶共８８０８桶婴儿奶粉，价值６４万多元，由法国多美滋婴幼儿食品有限公司免费提供。
凉山彝族自治州位于四川省西南部，是全国最大的彝族聚居区和四川省少数民族人口最多的地区。
凉山州副州长杨朝波表示，截至目前，凉山州累计报告１８００３例艾滋病感染病例，占四川全省的６０％，其中２００９年新增５５３０例，疫情已由高危人群向普通人群扩散。
中华红丝带基金是由中华全国工商业联合会和２０余家会员企业共同倡议发起筹建，致力于艾滋病预防和控制工作的全国性公益基金组织，于２００５年４月在北京成立。
