柳州艾滋病毒感染者和病人近万 困难患者纳入低保

广西新闻网柳州讯（记者 毛秋雁）记者从柳州市卫生局了解到，截至今年9月30日，柳州市累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人近万人，仅今年1月至8月，艾滋病病毒感染者合计1431例，其中新报告艾滋病感染人数和病人数之和，较2009年同期上升了29.15％，艾滋病防治形势异常严峻。为此，柳州市采取多种措施，确保防艾攻坚工程稳步推进。
柳州市卫生局按自治区卫生厅的要求，对全市已建立艾滋病实名检测和实名疫情报告的管理制度，确保疫情报告的准确性、真实性；促进随访追踪、流调干预工作的顺利开展，逐步完善艾滋病防治服务体系。截至今年9月，全市共建立2个艾滋病确证实验室（包括龙潭医院）、14个初筛实验室、9个艾滋病免费咨询检测点、6个免费抗病毒治疗点、７个美沙酮维持治疗门诊、2个美沙酮维持治疗延伸点、4个针具交换点、9个妇女健康中心、1个男同性恋干预中心。按质按量完成各类艾滋病哨点监测工作任务。
同时，柳州市卫生局继续落实“四免一关怀”政策，即：开展艾滋病免费咨询检测；为感染者和病人定期提供免费的病毒载量检测，并定期提供随访和关怀；为感染艾滋病病毒的孕产妇提供免费母婴阻断服务；为符合抗病毒治疗条件的艾滋病病人提供艾滋病免费抗病毒药物治疗，和艾滋病常见机会性感染的减免费治疗；把生活困难符合条件的感染者家庭纳入居民最低生活保障范围，为感染者和病人及孤儿提供生活救助。截至9月底，柳州市共开设抗病毒治疗点6个，全市累计治疗4646人，正在治疗3714人。
