龚仁心考察“如心家园” 祈祷“愿天下没有孤儿”

人民网11月15日电 香港华懋慈善基金主席龚仁心夫妇一行13日抵达河南，在当地民政官员的陪同下赶赴周口，考察胞姐龚如心生前捐助的“如心家园”。面对“如心家园”救助的数百名艾滋孤儿，龚太眼红红，几度忍泪。一向谨言慎行的龚仁心亦忍不住在周口太昊陵的千年侧柏前向伏羲祈祷：“愿天下没有孤儿。”
据香港文汇报报道，龚仁心表示，“如心家园”是家姐龚如心生前所做的最后一件善举。他回忆，家姐07年4月3日去世，“如心家园”的协议是去世前一个月（即3月）签订。06年12月1日（世界艾滋病日），龚如心当时已经病重，但是看到相关报道，了解到内地有这样一群孩子，当即决定捐助3,000万元，为艾滋病孤儿提供一个充满亲情的家庭养育环境。通过多方接洽，“如心家园”于2009年底在河南周口市和信阳市两个父母因艾滋病死亡致孤的重灾区建成。
南省民政厅副厅长孟超陪同龚仁心一行前往周口。周口“如心家园”门口，艾滋孤儿们手捧鲜花夹道迎接龚仁心夫妇。龚仁心摸着孩子们的头，弯下腰和他们轻声交谈。11岁的刘云小妹妹很羞涩，面对龚仁心的关爱，除了叫“爷爷”，只是低着头微笑。
周口“如心家园”的园长高齐松介绍，家园当前有268个孩子，40多名家长。在一楼的家庭里，王素华“妈妈”带着6个孩子和龚仁心合影。这个“家”里，最小的3岁，最大的8岁。孩子们拿出心爱的玩具，在“妈妈”的教导下纷纷叫龚仁心爷爷。龚仁心亲切地和每个孩子拥抱，龚太却情难自禁，红着眼眶，挨个问孩子们开不开心。孩子们天真又略带呆滞的大声说：“开心！”这样的回答让龚太几度转身忍泪。
孟超副厅长告诉记者，这里还收养了一些孩子，由于严重的残疾，他们只能躺着，生活完全不能自理。对于这样的孩子，“如心家园”会有“爸爸”、“妈妈”养他们一辈子。
“这始终不一样。我们没办法补偿孩子们一个真正的家庭。只能尽力而为、尽心而为。”龚仁心转身向孟超表示感谢。“我们只能捐点钱，却没有时间和精力给他们更多的温暖和关爱。这次过来看到你们（政府）这样照顾孩子，我们就放心了。谢谢你们！”
孟超表示，“如心家园”开创了孤残儿童救助史上一种新的救助模式。据了解，当前在中国对于孤残儿童的救助大体存在着3种模式。第1种是传统的福利院模式，所有孩子都由工作人员进行统一管理照顾；第2种是S0S儿童村模式，采用几个孩子组成一个家庭的方式，“妈妈”由一位单身女性担任；第3种是家庭寄养模式，将孤残儿童交由符合条件的家庭收养。“如心家园”则采用了模拟家庭的方式，让当地符合条件的贫困夫妇入住“家园”，每对夫妇照顾4至6个孩子，让孤儿们享受到家庭温暖的同时，也解决了当地贫困人口的住房问题。
看到孩子们衣食无忧，龚仁心向孟超询问孩子们的教育状况。孟超表示，有配套的小学，也有残疾人技能培训学校。龚仁心说：“没有教育就没有未来。孩子们想读书，想考大学，我们要大力支持！这些孩子里，一定会有人考上大学，做出一番事情。我希望他们不仅可以生存下来，将来还可以有尊严地生活下去，将来以自己的力量帮助其他的人。我希望他们懂得，即使有身体上的残疾，和别人并没有什么不同！”
参观太昊陵时，龚仁心的心思还在“如心家园”的孩子们身上。太昊陵有一棵宋朝的千年侧柏，树身上有一块形似耳朵，当地人都称这是人文始祖伏羲的耳朵，是伏羲在聆听民间疾苦，对此许愿很是灵验。龚仁心当即脱口而出：“愿天下没有孤儿！”同行人员无不深感震撼。
