今年12月1日，是第23个世界艾滋病日。统计显示，近年来，天津的艾滋病病毒感染者和发病人数呈增长趋势。艾滋，这个令人恐惧的字眼，从来没有离开过我们的视线。每天奔忙着的人们觉得，它离自己很遥远。事实上，在我们这座城市里，有这么一些人，每天都在与艾滋“亲密接触”——他们或是艾滋病人，或是艾滋感染者，或者是志愿者。为了让更多人解除对它的不必要恐惧，懂得如何预防以及对自己或对他人进行必要的干预和关爱，他们每天都在做着努力。在世界艾滋病日来临之际，本报开辟专栏，对生活在我们身边的“艾滋相关人物”进行报道，以期尽到媒体责任，宣传防治艾滋理念。
志愿者篇
小新(化名)，34岁，中等瘦削的身材，娃娃脸，显得比实际年龄小很多。接触之后，最大的感触是他外表的稚嫩与内心强大形成的强烈反差。作为一个事业有成的生意人，他做艾滋志愿者已经四年了。四年里，他经常与感染者亲密接触，不分吃喝，也没有被感染。
志愿者之初是为了朋友
采访小新，是在海河之星感染者工作组。这是一处位于红桥区的普通单元房。2006年8月，艾滋病感染者李虎创办了海河之星——天津最早的关爱艾滋病感染者的民间公益组织。从那时起，小新就在这里当志愿者。李虎是东北人，2000年来津，一度拥有四家中介连锁机构，2000年6月查出HIV阳性，继而创办了这个组织，关闭了公司，投入到艾滋关爱事业中。
起初，小新并不知道李虎是感染者，随着工作深入，他得知真相后，并没感到惊讶。“作为企业家，他能够迅速超越恐惧，投入到艾滋关爱中，这个精神令我感动，我愿意继续帮他做事情。”小新说。

提起在工作组的工作，小新笑言自己就像块砖。“像电脑维修啦，资料整理啦，什么需要就做什么。”说着，他带记者来到小屋，从文件柜里拉出两个大箱子，里面装着240多个档案袋。“这都是我们这里艾滋感染者会员的病历资料。这些资料虽然是他们最重要的东西，但因为害怕歧视或害怕吓到家人，他们的病历没地方放，这里是他们认为最安全的地方。”
也许因此，海河之星工作组被感染者称为另外一个家。这里也的确有着家的氛围，为了节约经费，工作组成员自己起火做饭，蒸煮炖煎等厨具，样样齐全。小新笑谈：“我不会做饭，只能白吃，所以愿意每天跟他们吃住在一起。”
小新自己做的是二手车生意，做了十几年了，比较熟练，也有人帮忙打理。因此，他一年中，基本上有七八个月和李虎他们在一起，相比之下，他更喜欢呆在海河之星工作组。
为了节约开支，这里不喝桶装水，都是用自来水烧开后灌在暖瓶里，每个人根据需求自己倒来喝。杯子是自己的杯子，来了客人，就用一次性纸杯招待，做饭吃饭与普通人家无异，餐具是共用的，并没有饭馆里提倡的公筷。“有时，哪个人感冒了，我们也会拿出一双公筷来，不是因为艾滋，是因为害怕传播感冒病毒。”
卫生间也是人们敏感的地方。经常跟感染者共用卫生间会不会被感染？“不会。但是要注意不要公用洗漱用品和剃须刀就可以了。”小新接着说，“现在共用这些工具的情况也不多了。”
“其实他们都很善良。”小新说，这是他和他们亲密接触后的真实体验。“因为都是他们在做饭，我白吃，他们在做饭的时候特别小心，哪怕手上有一点小伤口，都会及时用创可贴绑上，害怕传染给我。同时，提醒我也这样。”作为一个男人，以前，小新是不在乎一点小伤口的，现在，他们的创可贴使用率很高。

“我们在做志愿者的时候有一个隐私保护原则，就是从来不问艾滋感染者是怎么感染上的，除非对方主动说。我们只需确认他是感染者就可以了，以便我们开展相应工作。”小新告诉记者。
