一个艾滋病人的生存样本:卖血染病，政府不离不弃

暗红的面庞，健硕的身材，一身灰色工作服，一双粗壮有力的大手……如果不是在一个特殊的地点——鲁西一处疾控中心二楼“温馨家园” ，很难相信面前这位结实的汉子会是一名艾滋病人。
朱永刚(化名)，男， 48 岁，农民，2001年确诊。11月24日，记者采访了他。
只卖一次血就染上艾滋病
“只卖了一次血，就染上了这种病！”朱永刚说。1994年初冬，麦子种上了，菜也卖完，没事了。兄弟七个、排行老四的朱永刚，因家里穷，就想着卖血挣点钱。“孩子还在被窝里，妻子不让，是俺硬去的。”对离家时的情景他仍记忆犹新，“都传说卖血会传染艾滋病，可大家都不相信。”
“ 别提了，抽完血，下床俺就倒在那儿了。”说起自己去卖血的经历，朱永刚直摇头。经叔叔的一个战友介绍，他跟二十几个人一起，被带到河南辉县的一处乡镇卫生院，抽了一次血，拿到了相当于当时一个星期打工收入的55元钱。据说医院给的是60元，血头抽去5 元。没想到卖过一次后，“血头”还让卖，关在一处院子里不让出来。经过四五天的察探，朱永刚摸熟了路，就跟同村的堂叔和邻居偷跑了出来。
不久，村里先后死了两个人，第一个不知咋回事，第二个就知道了，发现是“这种病”后，没活一年就死了，其间也住过院，可发现得太晚了，撇下三个孩子。各种各样的谣传随之而起，而且经过重重放大，最后“传得更没法说”。
“俺只觉得身上没劲儿，又不敢往外说，也不敢再出门！”到卫生室，都认为是感冒。
2001年春天，区防疫站的张所长找到朱永刚家里，让他到区里查查，才发现得的是艾滋病，并成为当地第一批确诊患者之一。一起逃跑回来的堂叔和邻居，以及妻子、孩子都没事。对于家人的平安，朱永刚稍感欣慰。
朱永刚查出病来后，村里人说，再去找那家采血的卫生院，连人都找不着了。对于这些，朱永刚似乎已经不愿再提及：“那是个祸坑，祸害了那么多人。作为一个外地人，再去找又会有什么结果，告都找不到门，只能认了！”
一查出病来人缘全没了
查出艾滋病不久，朱永刚又得了肺结核，需要进一步治疗，就把情况给卫生室的人说了：“咱当时只是想：人家是大夫，啥都懂，瞒不住，也会给咱保密。”没想到的是，等他拿着针再去卫生室，却不给打了。
这件事彻底改变了朱永刚原本平静的生活。他说，在村里，大人孩子都受歧视，没法出门见人。多年的乡里乡亲都不敢跟你挨边，怕传染上。查出病之前，自己在村里的人缘也相当不错，可一查出病来，“一下全没了！”
“了解这种病的还行，还敢给说句话，不了解的，人家都躲着咱，咱哪还有脸往前凑？”朱永刚说，随着时间的推移，村里有人知道即使得了这种病也能跟正常人一样生活、交往，正常接触完全没有问题，朱永刚在村里的人际关系算是略有好转，两个孩子也有一个成了家。
“瞒不住也要瞒，能瞒一天是一天。”出来打工，朱永刚对病情仍严格保密，怕影响找活儿，连药都是偷偷地吃。
“一干起活来，全忘了”
对于生活，朱永刚说：“不怕，一干起活来啥都不想，全忘了。就想挣点钱，吃点饭，不干活不行，总把自己当病人，反而把自己毁了。”回顾确诊后的心理变化，朱永刚说刚查出病来的时候，压力大，都一年多了，提起来还掉泪。后来慢慢也想通了，保持一个乐观的心态很重要。
查出病后的前两年，朱永刚没有治疗，整天感到浑身没劲儿，出力的活干不了，每天只能在家守着个小卖铺。
“家里穷，政府给药、免费装电话，有啥事，随时打，而且只要打电话，张所长几乎是随叫随到，人家为了咱能做到这一步，还图个啥？”
2003年，当地政府把朱永刚纳入艾滋病救助项目，开始每年给他发救济，让他参加技能培训，支持他在家搞副业等，而且河工款、提留全免除，还让加入合作医疗(免个人负担)、低保。
这几年，村里年轻人都出去打工了，家里只剩下老人、孩子，没人来买东西了，朱永刚又只好关了小卖铺，到城里打工，干活的地方管吃，一天给个50元、60元。全家四口人，朱永刚和儿子、妻子在外面打工，家庭收入还可以。
“原来总觉得活不到抱孙子，现在孙子都两岁多了。俺这种病，政府啥都管着。俺坚持服药，都多活十年了，到现在没大问题。村里得糖尿病、高血压的，都免费给治。”朱永刚两个儿子，还差一处房子，盖新房，成为朱永刚生活的最大动力。(王凯)
