20年发现200余例艾滋病患者
烟台目前最小患病者仅4岁，高危人群主动咨询检测者依然不足3成
疾控中心正在对防艾志愿者骨干进行培训。

世界艾滋病日来临之际，28日，记者从烟台市疾病预防与控制中心获悉，继1992年我市发现第一例艾滋病患者开始，近20年来共发现艾滋病患者达200余例。虽然发病率低，但遗憾的是，直到目前，具有高危行为的人群主动前来寻求咨询检测服务的比例却不足3成。
>>最小的艾滋病患者才4岁
“烟台市总体上属于艾滋病低流型地区，今年发现的患病人数几乎和去年持平，近20年来共计发现艾滋病患者200余例。”28日，烟台市疾控中心艾滋病防制科科长杨珊告诉记者。
她说，烟台市的第一例艾滋病患者是1992年发现的，那时，患者刚从非洲打工回来，在口岸例检时被告知患上艾滋病。随后他的家人和同村人获悉把他赶出村子。无奈之下，他只好一个人在山坡上养了一群羊为生，可是后来，连他的羊都没人愿意买了。患者终于耐不过社会的压力，自杀身亡。
“此后患病人数陆陆续续增多。”杨科长介绍，“其中，以20岁到40岁之间的青壮年居多，占总患病人数的90%左右。”她表示，“这之中，20岁到30岁的人又占到60%。”
杨科长继续说：“从这些年的发病人群来看，男女比例基本接近4：1，但是这并不等于说女性就不多，相反，现在女性的发病人数在逐渐增多。”
“不仅如此，咱烟台最小的患病者才4岁。”杨科长说，“小女孩真的很无辜，她妈妈生她时并不知道自己已经感染了艾滋病，生下她才发现，如果这位母亲在怀孕期间做艾滋病检测，就可以采取药物预防来降低感染婴儿的危险性，也许小女孩就可以避免感染了。”不过，杨科长说，现在她们母女在疾控中心的帮助下已经在接受免费的抗病毒治疗了，病情基本稳定，相信她们会更坚强。
>>40家咨询门诊提供免费检测
尽管烟台市感染艾滋病的人数并不多，但是历年来，烟台市疾控中心一直带领全市疾控机构广泛开展综合防治工作。
据了解，目前烟台市疾控中心已经在莱山一中、莱山区黄海办事处和市口腔病医院分别建立了艾滋病防治知识宣传基地，截至目前，已经有3万多人通过这三个宣传基地受益。
不仅如此，近年来，疾控中心在全市组建了14支高危行为干预队伍150余人，由他们定期深入娱乐场所和重点场所宣传。到目前为止，他们共发放安全套21余万只，张贴宣传画近5万余套。
据悉，现在全市干预场所的覆盖率已达到95%以上，有效干预措施覆盖70%以上的高危人群。
艾滋病一旦发现，是不是就意味着死亡？当然不是。杨科长告诉记者，为尽早发现艾滋病感染者和病人，使他们及时得到治疗，有效控制艾滋病的传播。我市陆续在各县市区疾控部门建立了14家自愿咨询检测门诊，同时又在医疗机构和妇幼保健机构建立了26家咨询检测门诊，全面开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作。
杨科长说，市疾控中心的咨询门诊，由2004年开展免费咨询检测时每年接待求询者50人，到目前每年接待800余人。而全市40家咨询门诊每年约为7000余人提供咨询检测服务。
>>恐惧，让人面对检测望而却步
可以说，通过我们不断的宣传，我市市民艾滋病防治知识的知晓率达到了90%以上。”杨珊科长欣喜地对记者说。
“然而，尽管全市疾控机构均设置了咨询检测门诊，并提供免费、规范、保密的咨询和检测服务，前来检测的人还是很少。”杨科长不免又有些隐忧，“据我们统计，目前我市发生了高危行为的人群主动寻求咨询检测服务的比例只有不足3成左右。”
这是好事，全免费提供检测都没人来么？面对记者的疑问，杨科长说出了她这么多年来的压力。
“他们不是不愿意来，而是不敢来。毕竟人们多少还是会谈艾色变，社会上对艾滋病人的歧视还没有完全消除，一旦发现感染他们要承受的太多了。”
“其实很多人发生了高危行为后很恐惧，非常想知道自己是否感染，但他们又很敏感深怕去检测会暴露自己的隐私后影响自己的整个生活。”杨珊表示，其实我们的咨询门诊提供的是一对一的咨询检测服务，我们的专业人员完全会给每个咨询检测的人保密的。
“让人谈虎色变的艾滋病，只要早期发现通过治疗完全可以像正常人一样生活、工作。”目前我市已有30余名病人接受了免费的抗病毒治疗，有效的提高了他们的生活质量，延长了他们的寿命。
“所以，我们的敌人是艾滋病，而不是艾滋病患者。相反，我们应该给予那些病人更多的理解与宽容。”杨科长呼吁道。

“其实我市实际感染艾滋病的人数要比我们发现的多。”杨珊科长说。她表示，很多感染者之所以没有被发现，就是因为感染了艾滋病的人在潜伏期内一般没有任何什么症状，一般健康查体验血也不包括这个项目。
“人体感染了艾滋病病毒后常常要经过一段潜伏期后才发病，而这个潜伏期可以长达7到10年。”杨科长说，“大多数感染的人在潜伏期是没有任何自觉症状，即使有症状，也表现得多种多样，让你压根不会意识到这就是艾滋病。
那么艾滋病是怎样被感染上的？杨珊科长介绍说，在烟台本地的患病人群中，90%以上的患者都是通过性接触感染的。她指出，随着社会的开放，无保护性交、多性伴现象越来越多，尤其是一些娱乐场所中，人们会吸软毒，这无形中给艾滋病传染几率提供了便利。
“不仅如此，经性途径感染的人中有40%是通过男男性接触感染的。”杨科长说。她表示，男男性接触感染的几率非常大，要远远高于异性性接触传播途径。
除此之外，杨科长还提到，在一些不正规的美容美发小店里做美容手术、纹身、扎耳眼、纹眉等也有可能感染艾滋病，因为这些刀具可能存在不消毒或者消毒不严格等情况。

渣打银行呼吁社会关注受艾滋病影响的人群

2010年11月26日，安徽 阜阳 – 在世界艾滋病日即将到来之际，渣打银行（中国）有限公司的众多员工志愿者齐聚安徽省阜阳市，针对受到艾滋病影响的儿童、家庭与社区展开一系列关爱活动，并呼吁全社会响应中国政府的号召，提高对这些人群的关爱与关注。
我国2010年世界艾滋病日的宣传主题是“遏制艾滋，履行承诺”，旨在进一步加强领导，落实责任，采取更为有效的措施，全面实现艾滋病的预防、治疗、关怀和支持服务普遍可及的目标，动员社会各界积极参与防治工作，关爱艾滋病病毒感染者和病人及其家庭，消除歧视。
作为响应中国政府号召的重要举措，我行“关心艾滋行动”大使和志愿者平时都多次接受过防艾专家的培训。他们本次前往阜阳，不但在相关社区进行了防艾知识的宣讲，还和当地受到艾滋病影响的小朋友们组织了联欢活动，通过将防艾知识融入游戏的方式让孩子们了解艾滋病的危害，如何防治艾滋病，并建立健康向上的人生观，从而树立起对生活的信心。在阜阳市的一所学校，志愿者们还与孩子们一起画了一副壁画，展望了一个没有歧视、没有伤痛的美好世界。
“这次的阜阳之行是渣打银行全球‘关心艾滋行动’项目的一部分，我们通过在员工中发展志愿者和防艾大使，与第三方机构合作进行防艾教育与培训等方式，提升员工、客户、社区等重要利益相关方对艾滋病防治工作的重视，”渣打银行（中国）有限公司企业银行信贷部华东区信贷总监、“关心艾滋行动”中国倡导者领袖胡如意表示，“今后我们将继续在中国展开相关的防艾教育、培训和关爱行动，积极响应中国政府号召，动员社会各界积极参与防治工作，消除歧视”。
