潍坊艾滋病，性乱是祸首

据《潍坊广播电视报·城市周报》报道 ：
12月1日，是世界第23个艾滋病日，今年的宣传主题仍然是：遏制艾滋、履行承诺。
近日，本报记者对我市部分艾滋病感染者和市疾病预防控制部门的专家进行了采访。采访发现，我市的艾滋病疫情呈明显上升趋势，12个县市区和3个开发区都有发现，并且已开始从高危人群向普通人群蔓延。
市疾病预防控制中心的专家认为，性接触途径是我市艾滋病感染的最主要途径，在这样一种情况下，“洁身自好”是最好的预防艾滋病的措施。
【疫情】
从高危人群向一般人群扩散
我市艾滋病疫情呈明显上升趋势，12个县市区和3个开发区均有发现；平均年龄在30岁左右，以20至35岁年龄组感染者最多，占发现总数的70%；性接触传播已经不折不扣成为我市艾滋病传播的第一途径。
疫情：呈明显上升趋势
据市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病防治科科长王桂爱介绍，1992年，潍坊发现首例输入性艾滋病病例，这也是山东省首例艾滋病病例。随后的1992年到2002年这10年间，潍坊艾滋病疫情相对平稳，总共发现5例感染者。而从2003年开始，检测出的艾滋病感染者骤然增多，并且数量大致呈逐年上升态势。
2010年1至11月，我市共检测到艾滋病病人和感染者105例，而这个数字在2008年和2009年分别是78例和77例。另外，2006至2010年，外省市报告原籍是潍坊现在外工作、学习的感染者还有30例，这些都没有统计在潍坊疫情内。
“估计潍坊艾滋病感染人数在1500例左右，发现的人数仅为总感染人数的三分之一，还有70%的艾滋病感染者还隐藏在我们周围，没有被发现，这也为‘二代传播’埋下了隐患。”市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病防治科科长王桂爱告诉记者。
分布：12个县市区都有发现
记者查阅市疾病预防控制中心的相关资料发现，单以2010年1至11月份检测到的艾滋病疫情来看，按发现地分，潍坊下辖的奎文、潍城、诸城、青州、高密、寒亭、临朐、安丘、寿光、昌邑、昌乐、坊子等12个县市区和3个开发区均有发现。
若按艾滋病感染者的原籍分，排在前三位的分别是：四川籍（占39%）、潍坊籍（占31%）、云南籍（占12%）。
“总的来看，我市发现的感染者以输入感染者为主，占69%。四川籍的感染者主要是吸毒群体，云南籍的感染者主要是‘外来媳妇’。潍坊本地的占31%，主要是性乱人群。”王桂爱介绍。
途径：性传播途径占64%
艾滋病病毒的三条主要传播途径是性接触传播、血液传播、母婴传播。
我市2010年发现的艾滋病感染者中，通过性接触传播途径传播的67例，占总数的64%。毋庸置疑，性接触传播已经不折不扣成为我市艾滋病传播的第一途径。
王桂爱告诉记者，尤其值得关注的是，在性接触传播的这个感染者群体中男同性恋发现人数比往年明显增多，为20例，占所有感染者人数的19%。
“吸毒感染者今年发现了32例，主要是四川等地的输入病例，占31%。这个群体共用针具吸毒，很容易通过血液途径传播艾滋病。又加之这部分人大部分都性乱，所以也容易通过性接触传播艾滋病。”王桂爱告诉记者。
2010年，我市还发现2例通过母婴传播的病例，1例是“外来媳妇”子女，1例是抱养子女。
【案例】
普通人群感染让人揪心
我市艾滋病感染者年龄最大的73岁，最小的才6个月；最近几年，我市发现学生、干部、教师等感染者；感染2-4人的家庭已经有60多个……
年龄最大的感染者：73岁老汉
“从没想到这事会发生在我身上，没脸见人啊！我最大的担心是如果别人知道我得了这个病，我的子女会被人看不起。”知道自己感染艾滋病的那一刻，老王(化名)说他死的心都有了。
今年73岁的老王是我市年龄最大的感染者，2009年被查出HIV阳性。老王坦承，10年前老伴去世后，他就开始光顾色情场所，而且很少使用安全套。
儿子在部队上，老王本来是来潍坊给儿子看孩子的。知道自己感染了艾滋病后，老王便找了理由离开了儿子家，闹得儿子和儿媳“很不乐意”。
“自作孽，不可恕啊！我那还有脸面对儿子和孙子啊，再说，我也怕传染他们……”老王如今自己一个人住着，已经很少跟外界来往，用他的话说就是“在等死”。
记者旁白：按发现年龄算，最大的73岁，最小的6个月，我市艾滋病感染者平均年龄在30岁左右，发病年龄向小年龄和大年龄扩展。
最不幸的感染者：举家遭难
闲下来的时候，诸城的王兵(化名)就会把儿子拉到跟前仔细地瞅，瞅着瞅着，泪就流下来：“你说这么好个孩子怎么会感染这么个病呢？”儿子10岁了，他懂父亲的心思，忙用衣袖去给父亲擦眼泪。
而在一边，王兵患有先天性痴呆症的女儿正在望着他们傻笑。这个患有先天性痴呆症的女孩，是这个四口之家中唯一一个没有感染艾滋病的人。
10年前，妻子生儿子时大出血，在当地医院输了血，自此身体出现异常。辗转多家医疗机构，最后被确诊为艾滋病。更为可怕的是，这一病魔已经传播给了丈夫和儿子。
“这事乡亲们都知道了，他们像躲避瘟疫一样躲避我们，连话都不和我们说，孩子连上学的地儿都没有……”王兵说，这种过了今天没明天的日子他真过够了。
记者旁白：艾滋病传播具有明显的家庭聚集性，也就是说一人得病很有可能祸及全家。目前，我市感染2-4人的家庭已经有60多个。
最忧心的感染者：在校学生
第一次检测呈阴性的晓建(化名)在3个月后的第二次检测中被发现感染艾滋病。在市疾病预防控制中心，盯着那份判了自己死刑的化验单，他两条腿开始打颤。
早知今日，悔不该当初！晓建是我市某高校大三学生，一年前，晓建迷上了上网聊天，经常外出见网友，不到一年的时间，他就和七八个女网友发生了性关系。
晓建上次来检查，就是因为和一个女网友发生了性行为，而且没有戴安全套。不是自己不想戴，而是那位女网友“不喜欢”。回到学校后，他觉得那位女网友感觉有点像做“小姐”的，越想越害怕，就想到了检测。
检测“阴性”让晓建放松了警惕，继续过自己的逍遥快活日子。令他始料未及的是，仅仅3个月后，他就为自己的迷失和放纵付出了惨重的代价。
记者旁白：最近几年，我市发现学生、干部、教师等感染者，其中在校大学生已经发现多例，甚至有一位刚刚高中毕业的女学生已经死于艾滋病，这是一个非常危险的信号。
【传播】
有感染者报复社会恶意传播
王桂爱告诉记者，据她掌握的情况，在我市发现的艾滋病感染者当中，已经有人开始恶意传播艾滋病，“这是非常危险的，应该引起我们的足够重视”。
从我市2010年新检测到的艾滋病疫情来看，输入感染者是主流，占69%。其中，以四川籍、云南籍最多。云南籍以“外来媳妇”居多，而四川籍则以吸毒者居多。
“2010年1—11月，我市发现吸毒感染艾滋病者32例,占发现总数的31%，这些感染者大部分都是四川来潍务工人员。”王桂爱告诉记者。
让王桂爱揪心的是，这些四川籍吸毒感染者在发现自己感染艾滋病后，更加无所顾忌，继续吸毒、性乱，并且其中有人报复社会，开始恶意传播艾滋病。
“这些吸毒的人，大部分都性乱，性和血液两条途径交叉，传播速度比其他高危人群更快。在知道自己感染了艾滋病后，这些人外出嫖娼故意不使用安全套，开始恶意传播。”王桂爱说，据她掌握的情况，这一可怕的事情正在发生。
男同性恋者吴君是聊城人，以前在潍坊做“技师”。所谓“技师”，其实就是给男同性恋者提供性服务的一种职业。得知自己感染艾滋病的那一刹那，在潍坊市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病防治科，他情绪有些失控：“反正也活不成了，也不让他们活。”
那之后，吴君在潍坊消失了。据知情人透露，他先后去了青岛和烟台。在这两个城市，他从事的仍然是老本行，也就是为男同性恋者提供性服务。
很快，这两个城市里的“男同”知道了吴君患病的情况，开始刻意排挤他。发觉自己已经在这两座城市待不下去了的吴君干脆又回到了潍坊，现在潍坊市区一家浴池继续干“技师”。
“男男性行为更容易传播艾滋病，像吴君这样明知道自己已经感染艾滋病，却仍然进行男男性行为的在潍坊绝不仅吴君一人，因此，潍坊‘男同’有男男性行为时，一定要采取保护措施。”王桂爱善意奉劝。
而据王桂爱了解，潍坊本地的艾滋病感染者中，也已经出现恶意传播的案例。“昌邑的一个货车司机感染者，在妻子因艾滋病死亡后，不但隐瞒病情再婚，还经常外出嫖娼，恶意传播别人。”
【防治】
“洁身自好”是治本之道
“从潍坊本地的感染者来看，绝大部分是通过性传播感染的，因此，性乱解决不了，会给艾滋病防治带来很大难度。”王桂爱道出了自己的担忧。
王桂爱的担忧是有根据的。对1992年到2010年之间我市发现的部分本地感染者感染途径进行分析发现，通过性途径传播的竟然占到了接近80%，其中男男同性传播占很大比重。
王桂爱告诉记者，针对艾滋病“性接触传播、血液传播、母婴传播”这三条传播途径，预防措施也要从三大方面入手：
洁身自好，预防性接触传播。不发生或减少发生危险性行为，对性伴侣的身体健康状况及性背景不清楚的，尽量避免与之发生性关系。如果发生高危性行为，一定要100%使用安全套，这样可以减少传染艾滋病的机会。
“婚外恋、一夜情、网恋、卖淫嫖娼，现在是屡见不鲜。正是因为这样，性接触传播才成了艾滋病传播的主要途径。所以，我们要奉劝一些人，为了您和家人的健康，请洁身自好。”
预防血液传播。杜绝医源性传播，不到非法采供血机构卖血，不到非法医疗机构作有创或介入性治疗。切勿吸毒，即使吸毒也不要与他人共用注射器。
预防母婴传播。女性艾滋病感染者或患者尽量避免怀孕，若已经怀孕的需要到正规的医疗机构进行艾滋病母婴阻断，享用国家免费提供的抗病毒药物，以减低孩子出生时感染艾滋病病毒的概率。母婴阻断药物可在孕妇怀孕8个月后使用。
王桂爱介绍，感染艾滋病病毒后，患者有3个月的窗口期，在此阶段，感染者表面上没有明显症状，但是此时的艾滋病毒已具有很强的传染性。如果此时患者还不知道自己已感染艾滋病病毒，就有可能回家传染给家人。
“因此，有高危性行为后，一定要及早检测。早检测，早发现，早阻断，避免艾滋病的‘二代传播’。”王桂爱告诉记者，市疾病预防控制中心提供免费检测服务，而且为检测者保密。
