柳州防艾达"国评"要求 超70%感染者愿进行CD4检测

广西新闻网柳州讯（记者 陈小燕）艾滋病感染者和病人接受医学随访并进行CD4检测，还可获得交通补助；抗病毒治疗病人可以接受免费病毒载量检测……昨日，记者从柳州市疾病预防控制中心了解到，柳州市艾滋病防治各项工作在有条不紊地进行，艾滋病病例随访以及抗病毒治疗工作效果显著，所涉及五项国家考评指标均达到要求。
据了解，艾滋病病毒感染者定期接受医生的随访和医学指导，并进行CD4检测，可以掌握自身免疫功能水平和身体状况，及时接受抗病毒治疗，从而延长生命；对于已经接受抗病毒治疗的病人，每年进行病毒载量检测，可以评价病人疾病的进程和进展，在接受抗病毒治疗过程中起监测与指导作用。因此，感染者和病人的随访比例以及病毒载量检测比例是国家考评当地艾滋病防治主要措施落实情况的重要指标。
近年来，柳州市逐步构建了以社区为基础的艾滋病感染者随访体系，在市和县疾控中心、医院、自愿咨询检测点、社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院随访医生的动员下，目前柳州市有超过70%的感染者勇敢地“走出来”面对现实，接受医生的医学随访并进行CD4检测。
据统计，截至11月底，柳州市抗病毒治疗12个月病人（含成人和儿童）按照要求完成随访的比例为83.50%（国家指标为70%）；已接受抗病毒治疗的艾滋病病人CD4检测比例为63.57%（国家指标为50%）；抗病毒治疗病人（含成人和儿童）每年按照要求完成病毒载量检测的比例为75.84%（国家指标为55%）；抗病毒治疗12个月病人（含成人和儿童）依然存活并坚持治疗的比例为89.05%（国家指标为80%）。各项指标完成良好，超额完成了任务。
目前，柳州市正在建立市、县、乡、村艾滋病医疗关怀网络体系。市疾病预防控制中心组织县级以下乡村医生进行了艾滋病临床诊断标准、机会性感染治疗和VCT自愿检测的沟通技巧等方面的培训，目的是让县级以下乡村医生为艾滋病病人提供优质的临床医疗及护理服务，提高临床治疗效果，降低艾滋病的病死率和传播。
但是疾控人员介绍，在进行随访时，还有一些艾滋病感染者不想暴露自己，不愿接受CD4检测；一些接受过检测的感染者因为地址变动，随访专员没能联系上。
柳州市自发现本地艾滋病感染居民已有10年时间，早期的感染者正进入发病高峰阶段。疾控人员提醒，感染者应当及时接受CD4检测。病人不要到艾滋病晚期或机会性感染较重时才到医院就诊，及时治疗可以减少治疗的难度，同时也降低治疗成本。
