全国有696个美沙酮门诊开诊

近日，新探健康发展研究中心在京举行降低毒品危害预防艾滋病研讨会披露，截至2010年11月，我国有28个省（区、市）已批准建立703个美沙酮门诊，其中696个已开诊；已建有28辆流动服药车和200多个延伸服药点；全国累计治疗吸毒成瘾人员290802人，11月门诊在治人数120621人，门诊平均在治人数为173人，治疗人员年保持率为69.2%。
据了解，尽管近年我国艾滋病经性传播途径感染所占比例逐年增大，但注射吸毒在全国累计报告和当年新报告感染者中仍占相当大的比例。最早经吸毒引入艾滋病的地区，目前仍然是我国艾滋病疫情的重灾区。
中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心报告，自1985年艾滋病传入至2006年，注射吸毒在我国历年报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人中均占最大比例；2007年开始，性传播途径感染构成超过了注射吸毒，但注射吸毒感染在感染者构成中仍高居第二。据估算，我国现存活的74万名艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人，经注射吸毒传播占32.2%。其中，在云南、新疆、广西、广东、贵州、四川6省（区），注射吸毒人群中的艾滋病病人和感染者估计都在1万人以上；6省（区）注射吸毒的艾滋病病人和病毒感染者，估计可占全国注射吸毒人群艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人估计数的84.2%。

Which, in Yunnan, Xinjiang, Guangxi, Guangdong, Guizhou, Sichuan 6 provinces (regions), injection drug users in AIDS patients and infected more than 1 million people are estimated; 6 provinces (regions) injection drug use and HIV AIDS patients infection, estimated to account for injection drug users infected with HIV and AIDS estimates 84.2% of patients.
