男科博士后:包皮过长切除可防艾滋病

博仕男科医院史院长介绍，最近美国《时代》杂志评选出了医学领域的十项最重要突破，涵盖了艾滋病、乳腺癌、禽流感、减肥等各个领域。其中一项是切包皮可防艾滋病。
博仕男科医院史院长介绍，目前学术界有确切的证据表明，包皮过长切除可防艾滋病等性传播性疾病。最新的一项研究，美国国家卫生研究院在乌干达和肯尼亚进行的两项临床试验都表明，包皮过长切除可使男性通过性传播渠道感染艾滋病病毒的几率降低至少51％。
为什么包皮过长切除可防艾滋病？
博仕男科医院史院长介绍，包皮过长切除防艾滋病主要有两个原因，一是包皮里易藏污纳垢，温暖潮湿易于致病菌的生长和繁殖；二是包皮过长者的龟头黏膜较薄弱，性生活时露出后易擦伤。
博仕男科医院史院长也指出：预防艾滋病，当然并不能完全靠切不切包皮，关键还是靠安全的性生活、使用安全套和远离毒品。
