    2月26日综合消息 在非洲,最有效的防治艾滋病的方法就是割礼(包皮环切)。可是因为医务人员的短缺,以及人们对疼痛恐惧,使得这项在发达国家十分普及的手术,推广上具有很大难度。

    现在,出现了一种全新的器械------环切吻合器,这种环切吻合器是世界领先的技术,它大大降低了患者的疼痛,同时也减少了医生的手术时间。

    这个由中国研发的环切器"商环",去年已经在肯尼亚通过了一个小型的临床测试,今年比尔· 梅琳达盖茨基金会前期已投入400万美元,用于非洲环切包皮减少艾滋病毒感染几率。
