    记者今天从生卫生厅获悉,去年我省共有371人死于各类传染病,报告发病率和死亡率均低于全国平均水平。据统计,2009年(2009年1月1日零时至12月31日24时)全省共报告法定传染病发病231583例,死亡371人,报告发病率377.48/10万,死亡率0.6047/10万,均低于全国平均水平。

  据统计,2009年(2009年1月1日零时至12月31日24时)全省共报告法定传染病发病231583例,死亡371人,报告发病率377.48/10万,死亡率0.6047/10万,均低于全国平均水平。

  2009年,全省共报告甲类传染病发病4例,无死亡。乙类传染病除炭疽、人禽流感、脊灰、传染性非典和白喉无发病、死亡报告外,其它病种共报告发病119902例,死亡总数365人。甲乙类传染病报告发病率为195.45/10万,死亡率为0.59/10万,均低于全国平均水平。除甲型H1N1流感外,甲乙类传染病报告发病率较2008年下降13.35%,死亡率上升9.16%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为肺结核、病毒性肝炎、痢疾、梅毒和疟疾,占甲乙类传染病总数的83.83%,报告死亡数居前5位的病种依次为肺结核、艾滋病、狂犬病、病毒性肝炎和流行性乙型脑炎,占甲乙类传染病报告死亡总数的93.97%。

  丙类传染病中,除黑热病和丝虫病无发病、死亡病例报告外,其它病种共报告发病111677例,死亡6人,报告发病率为182.03/10万,死亡率为0.0098/10万,分别较2008年上升39.63%、下降76.94%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为手足口病、其它感染性腹泻病、流行性腮腺炎、流行性感冒和风疹,占报告发病总数的99.80%。报告死亡的病种为手足口病4例和流行性感冒2例。

  据省卫生厅专家介绍,与2008年相比,2009年甲乙类传染病中的血源及性传播传染病报告发病率上升2.66%;自然疫源及虫媒传染病、呼吸道传染病、肠道传染病的报告发病率分别下降54.13%、12.49%和2.71%。血源及性传播传染病中除淋病和乙型肝炎发病率略有下降外,其它各病种发病数均有不同程度上升,丙型肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病发病率分别上升33.59%、29.42%和16.94%;自然疫源及虫媒传染病中疟疾和钩体病发病率分别下降56.23%、50.12%,其它各病种变化幅度不大。呼吸道传染病中,疫苗针对性各病种发病均有所减少,其中肺结核下降18.48%、流脑下降43.49%、猩红热下降39.21%;肠道传染病中仅戊型肝炎和痢疾有所上升,霍乱、甲型肝炎发病率明显下降;报告霍乱发病4例,无死亡,报告发病数减少11例。 (记者:谢麒麟)
