核酸检测法可验出早期感染艾滋病病毒

　　美国科研人员发现，一种灵敏度较高的核酸检测方法，能够检测出刚染上人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的患者，而现有的标准检测还无法做到这点。

　　加州大学圣地亚哥分校的莫里斯医生等科研人员对3100多人进行了这项研究，安排他们接受标准的HIV病毒检测以及核酸检测(Nucleic acid test)，即检测HIV病毒的基因物质。

　　研究结果发现，有79人感染该病毒；其中有15个病人在接受标准HIV病毒检测时呈阴性结果，但核酸检测的结果却呈现阳性反应。

　　研究小组指出，艾滋病患者在染病的最初几天，其血液里含有大量的HIV病毒。他在这期间将病毒传染给其他人的可能性也非常高。

　　据了解，血库对捐血者采用的正是核酸检测法。HIV患者在开始对HIV病毒产生抗体前的12天，就已经能通过这个检测法确诊。(联早)

  U.S. researchers found that a relatively high sensitivity of nucleic acid detection method that can detect newly infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) patients, while the existing standard detection can not do this.
  
  Morris University of California, San Diego doctors, more than 3,100 research staff conducted the study and arrange for them to accept the standard HIV virus detection and nucleic acid testing (Nucleic acid test), the detection of HIV virus genetic material.
  
  The results found that 79 people infected with the virus; of which 15 patients received standard HIV-negative results when testing, but the DNA test results are positive.
  
  The team noted that HIV infected patients in the first few days, the blood contains large amounts of HIV virus. In this period he will be virus to other people's potential is very high.
