艾滋病完全可以治疗 甘肃省已累计有效治疗192人

    新华网甘肃频道消息  “艾滋病完全可以治疗，艾滋病病人治疗效果好的，可以达到像正常人一样生活、工作、结婚、生子，寿命也大大延长。”在5月24日召开的全球基金艾滋病项目媒体宣传资料开发研讨会上，甘肃省疾控中心主任医师席沧海介绍，截至今年4月底，甘肃省已累计为192例艾滋病病人进行了免费抗病毒药物治疗，经治疗，绝大多数病人临床症状得以改善，能准确反映人体免疫力状况的CD4T淋巴细胞数均有回升。

    据介绍，CD4T淋巴细胞是人类主要的免疫调节细胞，也是艾滋病病毒攻击的主要对象。人体感染了艾滋病病毒后，主要症状就是免疫系统遭到破坏，CD4T淋巴细胞大量丢失。从2005年1月开始，在国家免费抗病毒治疗项目的支持下，本着自愿原则，我省开始对省内报告的部分艾滋病病人进行免费抗病毒药物治疗。通过监测艾滋病病人CD4T淋巴细胞数量，科学合理地给予抗病毒药物治疗，取得了很好的疗效，大大提高了他们的生活质量，减少了有可能发生的多种并发症。

    席沧海介绍，抗病毒药物是有一定的副反应，但完全可以通过其他辅助手段解决，如果能够在医生指导下坚持科学服药，完全可以有效控制艾滋病进程，抑制艾滋病病毒。世卫组织一项研究表明，抗病毒治疗能使病毒浓度降至原来的万分之一，从而使病毒传染性降至原来的二十五分之一，这就意味着如果更多的病毒携带者能够尽早接受抗病毒治疗，那么新增感染病例就会减少。遗憾的是，我省很多艾滋病病人接受治疗时都到了中晚期，不仅影响了自身的治疗效果，也增加了感染他人的几率。针对此，席沧海呼吁，有高危行为的人群应当及时主动到疾控或医疗卫生机构进行咨询检测，如发现感染了艾滋病病毒，要在疾控部门指导下，尽早开始抗病毒药物治疗。(记者 宜秀萍)
