第99届国际劳工大会开幕 制定一项有关艾滋病的国际劳工标准

国际在线消息（驻瑞士记者 付旭）：第99届国际劳工大会2日在瑞士日内瓦联合国欧洲总部万国宫开幕。来自国际劳工组织183个成员国的政府、企业和工人代表将就恢复就业增长、实现体面劳动等问题展开讨论。
劳工组织总干事索马维亚在其向大会提交的报告中指出，金融市场的不稳定和欧洲的主权债务危机对全球经济及就业的恢复构成了新的威胁，国际社会应将广泛实现体面劳动作为减少赤字、恢复经济增长的基础。他还指出，2010年全球失业率仍将较高，约为6.5％。
除推动就业复苏外，本届大会讨论的议题还包括《全球就业公约》的执行情况，未来10年就业领域的趋势与挑战等问题，并将制定一项有关艾滋病的国际劳工标准。

ILO Director-General Juan Somavia in his report to the General Assembly noted that unstable financial markets and European sovereign debt crisis on the global economy and employment Hui Fu pose a new threat, the international community to achieve decent work should be widely as to reduce the deficit and restore economic growth basis. He also pointed out that the unemployment rate in 2010 will remain high, about 6.5%.
