邢台一医生为艾滋病患者做手术

昨日清晨天还未亮，在邢台眼科医院住院等候手术的艾滋病毒携带者刘入妮便唠叨着陪床的女儿起床。四处求医两年屡屡碰壁后，手术治疗白内障的这一天终于到来了。
9时，刘入妮在女儿秦军叶的陪同下来到手术室，一个半小时后右眼手术完毕。医护人员搀扶她走出手术室的那一刻，在外等候的家属脸上露出了久违的笑容。
天不亮 患者就早早起床
两年来，为治疗妻子刘入妮的白内障，邢台沙河市綦村镇纸房村村民秦增恒不知跑了多少路，医院要么告知没有能力，要么称研究研究再定手术方案。这一切都因为，他的妻子刘入妮是输血感染艾滋病毒携带者（本报4、5、6日连续报道）。

没意外 手术过程很顺利
对这例白内障手术，邢台眼科医院事前已多次研究，并制定了《关于刘入妮艾滋病毒携带并白内障手术防感染预案》。预案中提到，从患者入院设立单独病房到手术中医疗器械消毒，术中所用一次性手术材料以及护理过程中护理人员注意事项，均做了量化标准。
预案中还要求医务人员手术中、术后护理中均穿隔离服接触患者。
昨日，邢台眼科医院感染管理科赵主任表示，虽然患者是一名艾滋病毒携带者，但对她进行白内障手术时，医院一直以普通白内障患者对待。感染科派出两名专业人员，对患者术中、术后进行全程跟踪监督，保证大家的安全。
主治医生董宏伟表示，他从医以来第一次遇到这样特殊的手术。任何一个手术，医务工作者都存在风险，比如手术中划破手等，医生能做到的就是慢点，注意保护好不被划伤。
对患者的特殊身份，董宏伟说，没有恐惧是假的，谁遇到这种事都会有这样的心理。还好克服了，昨日的手术很顺利，没发生任何意外。
老大难 一个半小时解决
患者家属秦军叶看到母亲右眼手术后，便急切询问什么时候可进行左眼手术。董医生表示，要看已手术的这只眼恢复情况怎样，通过一两天观察后才能做决定。
术后，刘入妮所入住的白内障科五病室，摆放着专门密闭的医疗垃圾处理箱。一名护理人员并未穿着隔离服对患者进行了护理检查，而后将所用一次性手套投入该箱。
医护人员曾告知患者家属，对于医疗箱内垃圾不许随便动，均有医护人员专门处理。
“我母亲的手术，应该是个老大难，不然两年的时间怎么会求医无果。”秦军叶说，实际上，仅仅一个半小时后，医护人员就搀扶着刘入妮走出了手术室。
刘入妮一向不爱说话的丈夫秦增恒笑着说：“这下总算看到了希望，跑了两年的事终于有了结果。”这段时间为了妻子的白内障手术四处求医，家里承包的一片山林没时间照管都荒了。妻子手术后，在女儿的照顾下，他也要回家看看山林了。
秦增恒希望妻子术后能尽快康复，恢复到以前能生活自理的状态。“只有这样，我才能腾出更多时间为妻子跑艾滋病维权的官司，争取让妻子早一天看到官司胜诉，那样，即使有一天我不在了也能瞑目。”秦增恒说。

“艾”需爱化解
白内障手术并不复杂。昨日的手术证明，刘入妮四处奔波两年难治白内障的原因不是那些拒绝她的医院没有技术，而是没有面对她艾滋患者身份的勇气。同时也证明，只要避开血液、母婴、性三种艾滋病传播的途径，为艾滋患者做手术解决痛苦没有问题。
艾滋患者也有亲人，那些共同生活多年仍安然无恙的亲人，愿意为患者赴汤蹈火，亲情战胜了对艾滋病的恐惧。如果医院的医生能换位思考，将患者当亲人，以亲情一样浓郁的爱对待患者，何能再惧艾滋？
当“防艾”的方法越来越被人熟知，如果我们都多一份宽容，多一份理解，多一份关心，将艾滋患者视作我们的亲人，用爱代替冷漠，我们至少可以让艾滋患者在抵抗肉体的痛苦时活得更温暖些。
