中国计生协会10万只安全套赠俄罗斯共防艾滋病

中新网绥芬河9月9日电(周潇男) 9月9日，中国计划生育协会与俄罗斯人口发展协会在黑龙江省绥芬河市举行了“中俄预防艾滋病安全套捐赠仪式”。仪式上，中国计生协会将10万只安全套捐赠给了俄罗斯人口发展协会。
此次活动主要针对青年人进行艾滋病防治，在青年人中倡导健康的生活方式，安全的生活行为，维护青年人的生殖健康权利，提倡性别平等，通过参与式的同伴教育教会青年人学会保护自己、懂得生殖健康知识，让青年人学会寻求支持和帮助的途径和方法。此次活动由桂林乳胶厂提供了10万只按照世界卫生组织标准生产的优质合格的安全套，为青年人中倡导安全的性行为提供安全保障。
中国计划生育协会副秘书长刘占圈介绍，去年中国政府首次访问了俄罗斯人口发展协会，确定了战略合作关系，从青少年生殖健康和预防艾滋病入手，建立了合作伙伴关系。这次捐赠活动是两国协会在生殖健康领域合作的一次有益的尝试。中方愿意与俄罗斯的同行携手并肩，形成两国在边境共同开展预防艾滋病教育与服务的长效机制，共同构建一个和谐而健康的边疆，以共同的优势提高青少年生殖健康水平，应对艾滋病的肆虐。
俄罗斯人口发展协会秘书长柳波芙•爱柔菲娃女士在致辞中表达了愿与中国同行共同携手、致力于青少年的生殖健康、提高青少年生殖健康水平的愿望。
