为进一步拓宽防治艾滋病宣传渠道，做好艾滋病防治知识宣传工作，提高群众对艾滋病防治知识的认识，2011年1月16日，广安区疾控中心利用科技、文化、卫生“三下乡”活动在石笋镇开展了艾滋病防治知识宣传教育活动，取得了良好的宣传效果。 

“三下乡”活动现场，天气虽然寒冷，但气氛热烈、人流涌动、一派暖意融融的景象，区疾控中心防艾宣传员通过悬挂横幅、发放宣传材料和安全套、提供咨询服务等形式向过往群众详细讲解艾滋病防治相关知识。宣传现场，广大群众争先恐后进行咨询和索要宣传材料，使他们在潜移默化中了解了艾滋病防治知识，减少了恐“艾”心里，能够正确看待病人，消除了社会歧视。此次活动共发放各类防艾宣传材料1000余份，安全套2000余只，艾滋病防治知识宣传防水围裙200余张，环保宣传袋500余只。提供咨询服务近100人。

通过活动，进一步提高了全社会对艾滋病的认识，增强了广大群众对艾滋病的防范意识，在全社会形成了“人人都认识、人人都参与”艾滋病防控的良好氛围。 （广安区疾病预防控制中心 徐英胜、滕昭富）
