信阳新县扎实开展化艾滋病和结核病防治工作

本网讯（夏宗明 冯德平 钱洪波）新县认真贯彻落实国家、省、市有关艾滋病和结核病防治政策，防控并举，扎实有效地开展艾滋病和结核病防治工作，成效显著。
防治过程中，该县认真落实国家“四免一关怀”和“四有一不”政策，结合该县实际制定并执行了《新县预防与控制艾滋病中长期规划》和《新县贯彻〈中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划（2002-2010）〉的实施意见》，加强HIV初筛实验室建设，健全艾滋病疫情监测网络，开展母婴阻断、艾滋病人、HIV感染者及阳性配偶随访等工作，确保准确、及时完整地收集相关工作数据。目前，该县共发现艾滋病例7例、HIV携带者8例。
同时，该县还以防治传染性肺结核病人为重点，积极推行DOTS策略，确保DOTS覆盖率100%；利用电视、广播、网络、报纸等媒体广泛开展宣传教育，加强结核病归口管理，落实结核病治疗减免政策，有效地控制全县结核病的发病率。截止目前，该县全年共接诊肺结核病例912例，新发现结核病例217例，其中初治涂阳105例，复治涂阳3例，新涂阳结核病例发现率为75%，治愈率为93%。
据统计，该县自实施结核病防治十年规划以来，共发现活动性结核病病例2473例，其中新涂阳患者1031人，复涂阳患者283人，有效避免新增病例809例，节约医疗费用55万元，挽回社会经济损失750万元。
