河北省力争建1至2个省级中医药治疗艾滋病临床基地

河北新闻网1月7日讯（河北日报记者张淑会）今天，记者河北省中医药治疗艾滋病项目工作总结会上获悉，6年前因感染艾滋病长期卧床的固安县农民张某，经过一段时期的中医药辨证施治治疗，咳嗽、胸闷、发热等症状消失，免疫力大大增强，生活质量明显提高。张某是河北省中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目的受惠者之一。
从2004年开始，河北省作为全国首批试点省份之一，先后在永清、沙河、固安、承德、武安等市（县）开展了中医药治疗艾滋病项目，共确定了219名不适应抗病毒治疗的，退出抗病毒治疗的，接受抗病毒治疗但毒副反应较大的艾滋病患者及病毒感染者，自愿参加中医药治疗。治疗的基本方法是，向接受治疗的患者提供免费的中医药治疗，统一制作的中成药或制剂，在医务人员指导下服用，必要时经中医辨证，给予对证汤剂。病人同时可接受抗病毒治疗。
项目试点过程中，各项目县对病人进行辨证施治时，都要求必须有两名医师共同诊查病人，共商治疗方案，处方实行双签字制度。建立了药品发放服药制度，无论是送药还是患者到医院或防疫部门取药，每个服药者都有一名服药监督员监督服药，做到送药到手，服药到口，服后再走。各项目还开设了专门诊室，开通固定联系电话，明确由主诊医师接听。主诊医师将个人手机告知病人，保持24小时通讯畅通，有问题随时协商解决。
通过多年试点，结果显示，中医药治疗能显著改善艾滋病患者的临床症状。对发热、咳嗽、纳呆、腹泻等症状有明显疗效。治疗满12个月、满24个月、满36个月、满48个月和满60个月的总有效率分别为60.6%、81.7%、87.2%、83.3%和85.7%，降低了发病率和死亡率，患者反映良好。
据介绍，今后，河北省将在首批试点的基础上，结合全省艾滋病分布特点，逐步扩大试点范围、治疗人群，争取使符合治疗条件的艾滋病患者都能接受中医药的治疗。将加快中医药治疗艾滋病临床基地建设，力争建成1至2个省级中医药治疗艾滋病基地。
