“台艾滋病感染者器官移植”公布最新结果

新华社台北9月29日电 台湾大学附属医院（以下简称“台大医院”）29日公布，1个月前因误植艾滋病感染者捐赠器官的5名受害病患，目前艾滋病检验结果呈阴性。这5名病患将持续服药及追踪检验直到明年。
台湾卫生主管部门负责人邱文达等人下午召开记者会，公布最新结果和调查报告。台大医院副院长张上淳表示，5名被移植者中，除换肺患者仍住在加护病房，换肾者住普通病房，其余3人已出院。
台卫生主管部门表示，台大医院日前提交受害病患的医疗照顾计划，5名受害病患的艾滋医疗费用全数由台大医院负责，台大医院也和已出院3名病患家属洽商受害补偿事宜。该部门当天还公布误移植事件的调查报告，并将依法对台大医院和器官劝募小组负责医师柯文哲，分别处以新台币50万元及停业等惩戒。
报告显示人为失误原因方面在于：台大医院协调师与医检师仅以电话通报检查结果，且未落实覆诵与确认的作业；在确认捐赠者的各项条件与启动后续器官摘除与移植的决策过程中，台大医院器官劝募小组负责医师未善尽责任；台大医院医检师对于艾滋病毒筛检的阳性结果，未在第一时间予以主动提醒。
有关医院操作系统安全性之缺失方面，调查报告认为原因包括台大医院人员管理监督缺失、器官劝募与移植作业流程规范未臻完善、部门内及部门间的信息沟通机制欠妥等。
