如何快速准确的检测艾滋病
第一步：查看试纸
为方便大家操作，HIV检测试纸被装入塑料卡座内，使用更加方便，检测原理不变，仍旧是双抗原夹心法。(金标法)
各部位说明如下：
小圆孔(S区)为加样孔，受检血滴要滴入该孔。
窄长形凹陷区为判定结果区，其中，T为检测线的位置，C为对照线的位置。

采血器具：采血针(中等粗细的缝衣针也可)、酒精、棉球。 采血部位：指尖或耳垂。 采血方法：先用酒精棉球消毒采血部位和采血针，然后采备。 注意：第一滴血要弃去，用第二、三滴血做检测。血滴直接滴入加样孔，或先吸入洁净的吸管，然后滴入加样孔。 如何快速自我检测艾滋病第三步：判断结果
加样后10-15分钟内观察结果。
1: 试纸上只出现一条红线(对照线C)为阴性结果; 2: 试纸上出现两条红线，(对照线C和检测线T)为阳性结果; 3: 试纸上未出现红线，表示测试实验失败，请另取卡重新检测。
需要指出的是，由于任何测试实验都有“假阳性”结果存在，因此，出现阳性结果先不要紧张，可联系当地防疫站进行确认,也可以向我们咨询，当然这一切是保密的。
对于阴性结果，如果过了“窗口期”后检测到阴性结果，则说明没有感染HIV，可以完全放心。
1.艾滋病病毒抗体阳性，又具有下述任何一项者，可为实验确诊艾滋病病人。 (1)近期内(3-6个月)体重减轻10%以上，且持续发热达38℃一个月以上; (2)近期内(3-6个月)体重减轻10%以上，且持续腹泻(每日达3-5次)一个月以上。 (3)卡氏肺囊虫肺炎(PCR) (4)卡波济肉瘤KS。 (5)明显的霉菌或其他条件致病感染。 2.若抗体阳性者体重减轻、发热、腹泻症状接近上述第1项时，可为实验确诊艾滋病病人。 (1)CD4/CD8(辅助/抑制)淋巴细胞计数比值<1，CD4细胞计数下降; (2)全身淋巴结肿大; (3)明显的中枢神经系统占位性病变的症状和体征，出现痴呆，辩别能力丧失，或运动神经功能障碍。 使用艾滋病检测中的HIV试纸时需要注意以下几点： 1、检测前半小时应适量饮水避免血液过于粘稠。 2、准备好：酒精，药棉，计时器 并用用清水和肥皂洗干净双手。 3、检测应在室温4度以上进行操作;扎针取血前应该先用酒精消毒采血部位(一般是手指)，然后按摩，促使血液流通。 4、出血后，可轻轻挤手指，将受检血液滴入加样孔,一般用3滴血. 5、滴入血液后10秒，滴入1滴缓冲液就足够了，此时开始计时。(如果血液足够顺利到达检测C区可不加缓冲液) 6、加样后15分钟可以观察结果，一条线为阴性，二条线为阳性，超过30分钟结果不准确。(15-30分钟结果最准确。)
