２０１１年广西将进一步加大艾滋病防控力度

2月25日，自治区防治艾滋病攻坚工程领导小组暨防治艾滋病工作委员会联席会议在南宁召开。记者现场获悉，2010年广西防治艾滋病攻坚工程各项工作均已达到预期目标，2011年将进一步加大艾滋病防控力度，坚决打赢艾滋病防治这场“人民战争”。自治区党委常委、自治区常务副主席李金早，自治区党委常委、宣传部部长沈北海，自治区副主席李康出席会议。
2010年广西防治艾滋病攻坚工程取得初步成效，各项工作达到了预期目标。大部分市县都落实了防艾机构、编制和经费，防艾宣传教育等10项防艾专项工程扎实推进，防艾部门协作机制不断完善，全区艾滋病防治网络初步建立，各级医疗卫生机构艾滋病咨询监测能力有了很大提高，综合干预措施进一步加强。
2011年广西将进一步加大艾滋病防控力度：各级各部门要进一步提高对防艾工作重要性、紧迫性的认识，实行地方政府一把手负责制，切实加强组织领导；强化防艾宣传教育工作，注重多样性和针对性；出台行之有效的政策措施，建立考核制度，落实防治责任，继续推进实施十大专项攻坚工程；尚未落实防艾办机构和编制的，务必在年内落实到位；将防艾工作经费列入财政预算，保证经费及时、足额到位，统筹使用防艾资金，提高资金使用效益；突出重点，分类指导，建立重点防艾工作联系制度，抓好重点地区、重点环节。（记者/董文锋）
