　　3月7日，全国两会政协小组讨论会间隙，全国政协委员、中国疾病预防控制中心艾滋病首席专家邵一鸣接受中新社记者采访时表示，目前，中国很多地区吸毒人群当中艾滋病人新发感染在降低。(记者 朱晓娟 邹浩）
