新华网乌鲁木齐３月３１日电（记者 潘莹）３月下旬，新疆颁布一项新规定，要求在全区范围内扩大艾滋病监测检测覆盖面，以最大限度发现感染者。
新疆近日下发的《关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》中说，针对累计报告艾滋病感染者超过５００例以上的县、市、区，各类医疗卫生机构对１００％的住院病人、８０％以上的门诊病人实行艾滋病检测，累计报告病例在３００例至４９９例之间的，各类医疗卫生机构对１００％的住院病人、５０％以上的门诊病人实行艾滋病检测。
对累计感染者低于３００例的县、市、区，医疗卫生机构将对８０％的住院病人、３０％以上的门诊病人实行艾滋病检测，而对累计感染者超过５０例的乡镇，乡镇卫生院要对５０％以上的就诊病人实行艾滋病检测。
新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅党组书记殷宇霖介绍说，目前新疆艾滋病疫情出现新趋势，吸毒人群艾滋病传播尚未完全控制，性传播开始成为主要传播途径，感染者和病人追踪管理十分困难，部分地区和人群的疫情已进入高流行状态，同时，易感染艾滋病行为人群和流动人口的防控工作难度加大。
新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅通报的数据显示，截至去年底，新疆累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者３３１４９例，感染者人数位居全国第五，人均感染率位居全国第二。目前，新疆艾滋病疫情严重的地区主要包括伊犁哈萨克自治州、乌鲁木齐市、阿克苏地区、喀什地区、和田地区、吐鲁番地区。（完）（实习编辑：苏海霞）
