健全筛查机制 梧州市部署实施防治艾滋病攻坚工程

4月28日，我市召开防治艾滋病攻坚工程联席会议，要求各级相关部门高度重视防治艾滋病攻坚工作，充分利用各种工作平台，扎实开展宣传、筛查、治疗等工作，有效降低艾滋病患者的增长率。
目前，我市艾滋病防控形势仍十分严峻，疫情有从高危人群向普通人群蔓延的趋势。今年一季度新发现的艾滋病感染者数量较去年同期有所上升，死亡病人人数上升幅度较大，给社会、家庭带来沉重的医疗救治负担和精神压力。
会议强调，我市各级相关部门要将防艾工作作为社会管理的一项重要内容抓紧、抓实、抓好，将防艾工作管理目标纳入领导干部绩效考核内容。市、县两级要将防艾工作实体化，落实防艾配套经费，对重点地区和重点工作予以重点支持。同时，要健全筛查机制，及时发现和控制艾滋病患者，县级以上综合医院、妇幼保健院、疾控中心的艾滋病监测实验室必须保证在今年7月底前能正常开展监测工作，80%的乡镇卫生院能开展初筛工作。积极开展高危行为干预，坚决打击色情、吸毒贩毒等违法犯罪行为。此外，还要采取各种手段，开展行之有效的宣传工作，使防艾知识家喻户晓。
市防治艾滋病工作委员会主任、副市长关远芳参加会议，并作了具体工作部署。
