艾滋疫情上升 八成以上随“性”而来

本报讯（记者 王凤伟）记者在昨天召开的全省防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议上获悉，目前，全省艾滋病疫情总体呈低流行态势，但报告疫情呈上升趋势。性传播已成为艾滋病主要传播途径，2010年报告的所有感染者性传播占到85%。
据通报，自1989年10月我省发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者以来，截至2010年底，全省累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人2645例，其中本省籍1960例，现症病人1136例，死亡645例。我省艾滋病疫情目前主要呈现五个方面的特征：报告疫情呈上升趋势。2004年之后每年报告病例数增幅均在20%以上；性传播成为主要传播途径，2010年报告的所有感染者性传播占到85%；区域分布不断扩大，目前已涉及164个县（市、区）；特定人群感染率较高，我省男男性接触者艾滋病病毒感染率已由2008年的2.8%上升到现在的3.8%；人群分布呈多元化，包括农民、工人、青年学生、干部职员、教师、医务人员等十七类人群均有感染。
针对艾滋病疫情严峻形势，我省今后将对有易感染艾滋病病毒危险行为人群采取综合干预措施。同时，我省将确保所有县级以上疾病预防控制机构、医疗和妇幼保健机构具备咨询检测能力，医疗卫生机构还将主动开展艾滋病病毒、梅毒检测咨询。坚持就地治疗原则，为符合治疗条件的感染者提供及时、规范的免费抗病毒治疗。对感染艾滋病病毒的孕产妇及其所生婴幼儿，免费提供治疗、预防性用药等系列干预措施。
